We found this place through a realtor and the lady initially told us it would be $2500 a month. After a couple days, the lady told us she had another person interested and they offered $3000 a month and if we can do better. Umm?? Then she tells us that she much rather take someone from her website instead of a realtor because then she has to pay the realtor a commission. Umm.. yeah.. it's called doing her job! It gets better! She then tells us that the rent increases annually 10-15%! You're kidding, right? What this lady is doing is wrong and pretty disgusting. Nothing but issues from the time I signed the paperwork....not only was i promised certain things…read morethat the nurse did not come equipped for but was the one left running across town to pick up meds when my dying husband was also being transported home. I was adamant about certain things that I repeated multiple times to multiple people 1st being our animals the types and I would not lock them up not only did they not inform the nurse but they sent a nurse highly allergic but I will say she was the only good part of my entire experience she stayed on like a champ and helped me through the passing of my husband. To top it all of I pick up thw death certificate and the vitas physician who never saw my husband wrote the wrong cause of death is have made 2 phone calls spoke to managers who said I would have a call back first thing Monday morning and it is now Monday evening and still not a word...I am so disgusted by this...cant imagine how their charting is for the living patients when they cant even get a simple death certificate correct nor have the decency to call me back. After 7 1/2 months of watching my husband fight stage 4 lung cancer and his last 10 hours at home I had to fight with these people and now still fighting because they are incompetent.
