My son has been attending that school for a few years and we love all the teachers and staff. They all care for our children as if it was one of their own child. The class sizes are small and each class has a teacher and teacher assistant. Plus some children also have behavioral therapist in the classroom. Which is great because the teachers are able to teach each child independently. Which i love because it doesn't hold any child back at the level they are. The therapists that work at the school are also amazing. I am grateful for everyone at the school. If it wasn't for them, my child would not be where he is now. My son started school barely speaking and now we can not get him to stop talking. But we love it. To us, its music to our ears.

When I made the appointment with the specialist, I was told that Sanitas never sent over the authorization number. "I" had to call my insurance company to get it so I could keep my appointment. Then when I made my appointment (which by the way, the first available appointment was a month out!!!) for the additional test required by the specialist, the DAY BEFORE my appointment was contacted by Baptist Hospital saying that they never received the referral!!! Spent over an hour on the phone with the girl at Sanitas. Could barely hear her and could not understand what she was saying!! Her accent was so heavy I could only understand ever other word!! Why in the world would you have someone who can't speak English take phone calls! VERY VERY frustrating. Now Baptist cancelled my appointment because Sanitas couldn't get the referral in the system on time. If your English speaking only and have ANY medical issues you may want to reconsider coming to this Sanitas in Homestead. I will be looking for another doctor....
