The tech listen to my needs and was willing to ultimately do whatever I wanted him to do in terms of tint percentage, but he gave me a few insightful tips, and I ended up taking his advice. I'm a perfectionist, so I tend to look for small imperfections. I was pleased to learn that there were no flaws at all. Moreover, I didn't even know that, but they provide lifetime warranty across the nation. So, even if I were to move elsewhere, I would still be covered. Can't really ask for more than that!

What I received was much lighter than requested on both the front windows and the windshield. When I contacted them to fix the issue, they refused to redo the work and instead offered 15% off a new job--basically asking me to pay again to correct their mistake. I was sent 4 confirmation text messages for this appointment reinforcing the need to be on time and that the timeslot was actually mine. Nowhere in any of the 4 texts did it say I would be waiting for other jobs being performed in the 9:30 time slot or that this was a general "que" for tint installation. In fact, I was told that an appointment would yield wait times of generally an hour to 90 minutes and that the time slot was specific for my visit. WRONG! He lied to my face! I show up this morning at 9:20, "early" and was as #3 in line for installation totally disregarding the appointment. He immediately tried to turn the table and say I didn't understand when it was his suggestion to make the appointment in the first place! VERY unprofessional, VERY rude and no excuse for that type of treatment to a perspective customer! Disrespecting someone's time and loyalty to an appointment questions the businesses integrity right outta the gate. BEWARE!!
