I've never, ever, seen a group of folks pay such attention to detail when it comes to this work. Let me give you some examples. You know that dust that gets stuck in the bottom of your LCD display on your phone, way down there in the crack? I never see that. Does your phone have a soft scent of fresh flowers? Mine does. Can you wipe your finger on the top of your whiteboard, that part waaay up there, and see no residue on your finger? I can. After someone cleans your desk, is it both spotless and have nothing out of place? Mine does. Let me cut to the chase. If you need a cleaning team that treats your house/office like you had all day to clean it yourself, do yourself a favor and hire this crew. Small business, a ridiculous focus on customer satisfaction, and fantastic punctuality. I recommend them without question.

This was, without question, the worst cleaning experience I have ever had…read more Three people were at my home for two hours, and somehow my floors were literally dirtier than before they arrived. They dusted surfaces--but then left all of that dust sitting on the floors. They did not sweep, vacuum, or mop anything. The floors were completely untouched. Even more frustrating, they did absolutely nothing in the kitchen. Not a single surface was wiped down--not even the counters--despite the fact that all dishes had already been cleaned and put away. There were only a few items on the counter (like an empty delivery bag), and instead of cleaning around them or moving them briefly--as every other cleaning service I've used has done--they simply skipped the entire room. To make matters worse, they actually left a rag sitting on the kitchen counter--but didn't use it at all. That pretty much sums up the experience. I was later told they "focused on priority areas" (bathrooms and dusting) and that the size (~4,000 sq ft) and "condition" of the home prevented them from doing more. But: This was never communicated to me at the beginning or end of the visit The "condition" simply meant I hadn't done my usual pre-cleaning--there were a few items out, nothing excessive Two of the 3.5 bathrooms had already been cleaned by me, so there is no justification for what was (and wasn't) accomplished In reality, the only acceptable work done was a half-decent job on the master bathroom. That's it. When I raised these concerns with the owner, the response was essentially dismissive--no accountability, no attempt to make it right. This was unprofessional, incomplete, and frankly unacceptable. I paid for a cleaning service and got almost nothing in return. STAY FAR AWAY!!

They admitted to opening the blinds but said, "while the blinds were opened for light dusting, they were not handled in a way that would cause them to break." The blind was lifted half way to the top and one of the slats were broken. I let Silvia know immediately. The blind was less than a year old. She did not attempt to resolve. It's sad that a $30 blind made her lose a customer. If I can't trust a housekeeper to be honest about something as simple as a blind, I can't trust them in my home at all.

The two-man crew - Alex and Julio - arrived on time on the scheduled day and cleaned every inch, interior and exterior, by hand with a squiggy and often a razor blade.
