My girlfriend took her car to get repaired this happen 4 years ago but I just finalized it today so…read morewe took the car to the shop talked to Tony he said he could fix the car in 2 weeks her insurance company set the shop the check in the body shop's name and my girlfriend's name 2 weeks came and Tony said he needs more time so it was ok the work that need done didn't interfere with her driving it so now we are going on a month so she called him again he said hey I will be going on vacation for 2 weeks when I get back I will get your car in so she said no big deal now it is going on 2 months Tony is still giving her the running around so she called her insurance company up and told them what was going on they told her the the insurance check was already cashed and she signed off of of it she was like I NEVER SIGNED THE CHECK so they got the print out of the check and she had to go up to the insurance company and show her drivers license and signed A paper to see if it was her signature and they seen it was not her so she had to file charges on Tony THE OWNER and it took all of this time to get the money back the check was only $1679.44 but he had to pay the insurance company back $1679.44 back plus she sued him for $5000 and she won so today was the day he had to pay her he was going to lose a lot more then money so please do yourself a BIG FAVOR don't FALL FOR TONY BULLSHIT and I am sure he did this before
