He said he would need to come in to do testing for $80 and then tell me how much it would cost to fix the problem. I requested that he at least give me a rough estimate of the most likely problem. The technician interrupted me, raised his voice, and said that he doesn't conduct his business that way. This is his business, and he can run it however he sees fit. However, to proceed with me, I needed a ballpark estimate. He refused, and I did not appreciate him interrupting me or raising his voice over a simple request. My request was reasonable--I wasn't asking for the exact cause or cost, just an estimate. Therefore, I do not recommend his service.
