The tech was on time, professional, and actually took the time, professional, and actually took the time to explain what was wrong with my furnace and AC instead of just rushing through it. They recommend the best option for my home, and the installation crew did a duper clean job, no mess, no hassle. The new HVAC system runs quietly, keeps the whole house comfortable. and I've already noticed a drop in my energy biils. If you're looking for reliable HVAC repair or installation, this is the company to call. Honest, friendly, and dependable - I wouldn't go anywhere else.

If you are looking for a contractor, you can find plenty. But if you are looking for a partner to…read moretransform your home into a safe, efficient, and future-proof sanctuary, there is only one name: Fuse Service HVAC & Electrical SF. Our journey with Fuse didn't start with a grand vision; it started with one project. But excellence has a way of building trust, and that trust led us to a total home evolution. Reliability That Weathers the Storm (and the Heat) Two years ago, Fuse installed our HVAC system. Today, as we navigate a punishing heat wave, that system isn't just "running"--it is performing with surgical precision. For us, this isn't just about comfort; it's about care. We have a senior in our home, and the ability of the Fuse-installed system to regulate temperature flawlessly provides a level of peace of mind that you cannot put a price tag on. When the world outside is scorching, our home remains a cool, consistent haven. The Great Transition of 2025 In 2025, we decided to step into the future. We tapped Fuse to retire our decades-old gas water heater in favor of a high-efficiency electric heat pump. To power our new lifestyle, we also needed to upgrade our electrical backbone from a 100A to a 200A panel. This is where Fuse truly separates themselves from the pack. Their teams didn't just work; they worked tirelessly. They orchestrated the entire symphony of the upgrade, including the complex coordination with PG&E. (A shoutout to PG&E as well for their seamless cooperation!) Fuse handled the bureaucracy and the heavy lifting, leaving us with nothing to do but watch our home modernize before our eyes. A Legacy of Safety and Sustainability Today, my home stands as a testament to what is possible. We are now fully electric. No more gas usage. No more carbon footprint from fossil fuels. No more Carbon Monoxide (CO) concerns--ever. There is a profound sense of liberation that comes with cutting the gas line. We have eliminated a silent invisible risk, replaced it with clean technology, and ensured our home is ready for the next fifty years. The Verdict If you want a company that shows up, you can call anyone. But if you want a team that works with integrity, masters the latest technology, and treats your family's safety as their own, you call Fuse. They don't just fix houses; they empower homeowners. Don't wait for your old systems to fail. Step into the future. Call Fuse. You won't just be changing your appliances; you'll be changing your life.

Mikhail responded to the project pretty quickly via Yelp and offered to see the situation before giving us a quote on the following day. On the next day, he came over and looked at where we needed to replace the light and gave us a very reasonable quote on the spot. And I agreed to proceed with it and he removed the existing ceiling light with the new pendant light. The whole process, from discussing the quote to he setup to he completed the job (including adjusting the pendant multiple times for me to figure out the most ideal drop of the lamp in our living room) and to pack his stuff, only took 40 minutes! I appreciated his quick turnaround on this! There are always some small projects I want to try doing it myself; but now I know who to reach out if I have a complex one or when I do not know what to do even after watching multiple Youtube videos :)

We hired this electrician and had an appointment scheduled, only for him to call during his scheduled arrival window and tell us he "couldn't find parking" and therefore couldn't help us. We actually tried to make it easy for him. We gave him nearby streets where he could look for parking, but he simply refused to go look and decided that was the end of it. The worst part was how rude and dismissive he was over the phone. Things happen, but refusing to make even the slightest effort and then speaking to a customer that way is incredibly unprofessional. If finding parking is enough of an inconvenience to make you abandon a scheduled appointment, maybe don't take jobs in areas where parking can be difficult. We wasted our time waiting for someone who apparently couldn't be bothered to show up. Extremely frustrating, unprofessional, and rude. Would not recommend.

They opened the outlet and found that the wiring was knob-and-tube, which meant replacing the four outlets with GFCIs was not an effective solution, so no work was performed. My main issue was with the billing and communication. Before scheduling, I was told that an estimate and diagnosis would be free. However, after determining that the work could not be completed as originally discussed, I was still charged $150 for the visit. I understand compensating someone for their time and travel. That said, I wish the diagnostic fee had been clearly communicated upfront, especially since the original message specifically mentioned a free diagnosis. The lack of clarity around pricing was frustrating.

We also asked Saul to properly rewire the furnace and to add a C wire so we could install a Nest thermostat. Everything feels much safer now, and the work was done really cleanly. We're very happy with the results and will definitely call him again for future electrical work.

Bart and his team promptly came to my house and provided me with what I opine was a very reasonable quote for the project. Compared with a similar project I had done on my parents' house, Bart's price was neither the least expensive nor the most expensive...it was right in between. I was drawn to using 110/220V Electric because: Bart has a long history of working on San Bruno houses that need panel upgrades; reviews on Yelp and Google appeared to be consistently positive; and I appreciated that 110/220V Electric is a true family business. After signing off on his proposed quote and providing a small down payment on the project, Bart began coordinating with PG&E for approval. When coordination with PG&E was done, the project was set for early July 2026. Bart and his team completed the panel project within a couple of days as promised. I was only without power for a few short hours on one of the days. After the panel was installed, the city inspector provided the initial approval (the ever important "green tag") but required a cabinet to be installed to encase and protect the electrical panel. Bart recommended someone who was experienced building electrical panel cabinets pursuant to city requirements. Luckily, the recommended person was readily available to build and install the cabinet for me. Within a week, the city inspector came back out and gave the project the final approval. The team kept the work area around the project cleared and clean at the end of each work day. They swept everything up after the project was done. Bart was very responsive to my questions (we communicated via phone calls and via text). I appreciate the work Bart and his crew did with the panel. I will certainly turn to him first for any future electrical work.

From the start, the process went really smoothly; they handled all the coordination with the city and PG&E and also referred me to someone to do the exterior stucco patch + painting afterward. They also did as much of the pre-work (grounding) as possible a day before the actual install, to make the day of install as efficient as possible. Communication and coordination could not have been better - they always showed up when they said they would.
