From the moment i walked in, I knew i wanted to establish care here. The office is inviting and calming, with separate rooms, ample windows, and tranquil paintings. The entire staff is warm and welcoming. My dental assistant was efficient and we were even able to combine my new patient exam and cleaning into a single visit since I was already there. The hygienist was amazing--she talked me through the entire process, was so gentle that I didn't feel any pain while she was scraping or flossing, and even asked me about college. The dentist started to do his job by drilling and I felt it. I asked him nicely can you inject me a little more numbing I feel it. He stabbed me with the needle and the assistant just watched and felt so bad. He did a terrible rough and aggressive job and the assistant kept holding my hand seeing how he was wrong. He finished gave me water and left and the assistant told me, don't worry you won't see him again I'll switch you to a female doctor who usually treats children and when I tell you she did an amazing job she did incredible. I thank the assistant who prioritize my needs!!!
