Dr. Chuck and Dr. Lynda, along with all of the staff, are always so welcoming, professional, and considerate. They are passionate about providing dental care to those in need, and are approachable and so easy to talk to. As a teenager I wore braces, but as I've aged my teeth had begun to shift. As a result, I'd become self conscious of my smile. I found I was smiling less, or would keep my mouth closed so as not to reveal my teeth. On a routine visit with Tiffany, one of the dental hygienists, I mentioned my desire to learn more about clear aligners to help improve my smile. Tiffany brought Dr. Lynda right over to talk to me and gave me a bunch of information. Before I knew it we had a plan and scheduled appointments. I was thrilled! I am so pleased with the results. Now, I love my smile. I'm grateful to have such a wonderful team of dentists and hygienists that truly care about my oral health and dental needs. If you're looking for a dentist, I would highly recommend Fiddlehead Dental.

I have a fixed income and even the $300 was hard to maintain but I could. I was not ambiguous and could not agree to more. So I was told to make the payments. I did make the payments for 3 months and they accepted the payments without returning them. Then they set the appointment for me and the robot confirmed it and everything. Went in for the appointment that I had with them for months and took off work to do it. They told me when I arrived that they would not do the work because I only paid 300 a month and not 350 when I told them before I could not do that. So they still want the money and think that is acceptable. I do not. They accepted the payments. They made the appointment and then when I got there just told me NOPE. DO NOT TRUST THIS DENTAL BUSINESS.

Our experience with North Country Pediatric Dentistry has been extremely frustrating,…read moreunprofessional, disorganized, and has directly affected my son's treatment timeline. In March 2025, we met with the orthodontist and were told my son needed all four incisors removed and spacers placed. When I later called to schedule his initial extraction appointment, the office could not locate the orthodontic order. We scheduled anyway, but when we arrived for the appointment, the dentist again could not find the orthodontic order, which resulted in the procedure being rescheduled. At that point, I asked why a new order could not be requested from the orthodontist and was informed that the orthodontist we had originally seen was no longer with the practice. I then requested a consultation with the new orthodontist to clarify the treatment plan and was told a consult was not necessary. At his June 24th extraction appointment, the dentist removed only one tooth and stated the others did not need to come out. At that time, his spacers still had not arrived, and each time I inquired I was told that "the lab was still making them." At his August 27th cleaning, a different dentist informed us that the remaining incisors did need to be removed and advised scheduling another extraction. Again, I requested an orthodontic consultation and was told it was not needed. After further confusion and another cancelled appointment, we were eventually told that we did need to meet with the new orthodontist, which finally occurred on December 12th. At that visit, we were again told the same plan: the remaining incisors needed to be removed, spacers placed, and a palate expander would be required. The Plattsburgh office manager acknowledged that there had been staffing issues and stated that some employees had not been properly performing their responsibilities and therefore been fired (extremely unprofessional conversation to be has with a patient's parent). She assured me she would personally follow up with the lab to ensure my son's spacers were ordered and tracked. My son was then scheduled for December 28th to have the remaining three incisors extracted. I specifically asked whether we should wait until the spacers arrived before proceeding, and I was told they would be ready within 1-2 weeks after the extractions, so it would be fine to move forward. Weeks passed with no updates, and multiple phone calls were not returned. On January 30th, I was finally able to speak with the manager from the Malone location, who was assisting in the Plattsburgh office that day and was professional and very helpful. She investigated the situation and discovered that the spacers had never been ordered at all, despite previous assurances. She immediately spoke with the Plattsburgh office manager, who stated she would have the dentist place a rush order on Tuesday when he was in. When I followed up again, I was informed that nothing had yet been done and that this was the first the Plattsburgh office manager had heard of the issue. During that call, she raised her voice, spoke to me in an unprofessional manner, and stated she had no control over the dentist or the lab. I have also personally witnessed her speaking unprofessionally to other parents over the phone while sitting in the waiting room with my child. In addition to the treatment delays and communication failures, this office has previously sent me another patient's full name and appointment time, which raises serious HIPAA privacy concerns. The repeated miscommunication, lack of follow-through, inconsistent treatment decisions, and unprofessional interactions have made what should have been a straightforward pediatric dental process unnecessarily stressful and prolonged. I strongly encourage parents to carefully consider their options before scheduling care here.

We have not seen Dr. Reyes, but the female dentist at the practice is by far the worst provider we have encountered in the area both in terms of clinical skills and overall professionalism. I have rarely seen a provider and dentistry with such poor provider-patient communication skills. The administrative staff are also highly disorganized and unprofessional. I recently moved my young teen to another practice and would encourage families to explore other options in the area.

Having moved around quite a bit…read morethanks to my husband's military career, we have been patients of many dentists in practices all over the country. This has been by far the best experience for kids that we have ever enjoyed. Why? Let me count the ways that this practice gets "kids": 1. They have a comfort dog named Copper. One of my children really loves it when he climbs up onto their lap to soothe them. He just knows when someone is nervous and needs him. 2. Dr. Rayes is able to gauge each of the personalities and pain level tolerances of my three very different children. One child when needing fillings really benefits from the "happy gas". It makes him not dread going to the dentist. Yes, it is more expensive than just a novacaine shot(s) that I certainly grew up experiencing, but this makes dental care go much easier for my child who is not the best at brushing and gets cavitivies and needs fillings. On the other hand, I have a child with a very high pain tolerance and Dr. Rayes was able to complete one surface filling using no pain meds (the comfort dog probably helped). That's amazing to me. 3. Did I mention the individual video screens that hover above the dentists chair? You can put on a move or favorite kids show or a nature show. It's great! Very distracting for the kids! 4. Emergencies. Believe it our not we've had THREE broken teeth over these past few years. It's the snow/ice/sports combo that really has done it. Dr. Rayes approach to repair (the how and the when of it) has been very helpful to me as a parent. We were lucky in that all these broken teeth were cosmetic (ie. the root isn't compromised) but you often don't know until the dentist can take a look at it. We were able to get in the same day to have an assessment, and in one case we did have one repair done that day, and the other two cases we waited to get through the ice season in case my kids broke another tooth! This helped us plan for the expense of the repairs for the Spring, and they when the repairs were finished, it looked as good as new! 5. My kids well beyond the age of enjoying the toddler play area, but my tweens and teens sure do like the free wi-fi in the waiting area. Why I like them as a parent: I appreciate the time that Dr. Rayes or his other dentist partner will spend explaining what's going on with each of the kids teeth. He was able to help coordinate care with our orthodontist a tooth that was not coming in on one of the kids (we did play a bit of a waiting game). I have found the front office staff to be good about explaining costs not covered by my insurance. I have asked them to estimate costs for future procedures when we know items won't be covered by insurance (most insurances won't cover the "happy" gas that one of my kids really needs to get through a significant work appointment.) I feel informed, and I haven't been surprised by any weird bills. I have found the hygienists to be nice and friendly. Now that my children are older, I don't stay in the room for the whole visit, but I am there for most of it (or I am flitting between three rooms because I've scheduling their appointments all at the same time). I don't recommend any one hygienist over another, they are all good at chatting and getting what needs to be done, done. I love this new office space they are in. Bright and cheerful, painted in a calming light blue. It's very clean. I also like how close it is to King Arthur Flour as it's fun to get a treat there post visit (when applicable of course!)

Williston Bristol Park Dental Williston Location Dr H and Dr C…read more Hello B-Town in the Queen City of Burlington Vermont! I just had to take a moment to sing the praises of this amazing dentist I found--Dr. H over at Bristol Park Dental in Williston. If you're not familiar, his office is conveniently located right next to Aspen Dental Williston , VT and super close to Hannaford's in Williston VT You can't miss the light gray building with that big awning out front. It is handicap accessible, with a side entrance for anyone who needs it. I've had quite a bit of dental work done by Dr. H, and let me tell you, he's done three successful root canals for me. I'm also getting treated for TMJ, and the great news is that he's in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Vermont (BSBSVT) which means my HEALTH insurance covers a range of treatments-- appliances, panoramic images, and even Masseter Botox for that TMJ relief. Seriously, Dr. H is the one-stop-shop for all things dental! When it comes to services, he's got you covered with smile makeovers, full arch cases, cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, fillings, and even orthodontics like Invisalign and braces. Dr H made an appliance for me, and it fit like a glove--first time, every time. His state-of-the-art equipment is pretty mind-blowing! They show you a 3D image of your tooth, and the new ones he installs fit way better than your old ones--I promise you that. I've had around eight teeth worked on, and Dr H created several new crowns that match my original ones color perfectly. Dr. H's attention to detail during my root canals was top-notch. He is kind, humble and a truly great person. And let me just mention how awesome his staff is! His wife, Dr. C, is also a dentist, which adds to the warm and welcoming vibe of the office. If you're in Burlington, seriously consider making your way to see Dr. H--you won't regret it! I'm looking forward to enjoying my new crowns for many years to come. Having lived in Vermont for almost 23 years, I can tell you that we've needed quality dental care like this in our area for a while. This isn't one of those high-volume mill practices where they don't care about you or make you wait ages for an appointment; he truly takes his time to ensure everything is just right. I know it might sound like just another review, but I genuinely feel like I've found something special, and I hope you'll take my advice and book an appointment with Dr. H or Dr C. Oh, and I'm not sure if I'm supposed to share links, but I'll give it a shot! If you're wondering what (BCBSVT) will cover I will include that too for all you reading it shows what your health insurance covers, check out page 7 of their coverage info--lots of people don't realize what they're entitled to, and Dr. H is in-network, unlike many other dentists around here. https://www.bristolparkdental.com/williston-location/ https://www.bluecrossvt.org/sites/default/files/2024-08/Temporomandibular%20Joint%20Dysfunction%20-%202024%20-%20PUBLICATION.pdf
