It was my first visit, so she reiterated good brushing and flossing techniques without sounding belittling. She took all of my comments and questions into consideration with her assessment and made me feel like my contributions were valuable even though I'm not a dentist. We discussed a plan to move forward and she gave me an opportunity to make decisions about my own care. Everyone in the office was friendly and pleasant to interact with. I highly recommend Dr. Barmore!

Dr. Chuck and Dr. Lynda, along with all of the staff, are always so welcoming, professional, and considerate. They are passionate about providing dental care to those in need, and are approachable and so easy to talk to. As a teenager I wore braces, but as I've aged my teeth had begun to shift. As a result, I'd become self conscious of my smile. I found I was smiling less, or would keep my mouth closed so as not to reveal my teeth. On a routine visit with Tiffany, one of the dental hygienists, I mentioned my desire to learn more about clear aligners to help improve my smile. Tiffany brought Dr. Lynda right over to talk to me and gave me a bunch of information. Before I knew it we had a plan and scheduled appointments. I was thrilled! I am so pleased with the results. Now, I love my smile. I'm grateful to have such a wonderful team of dentists and hygienists that truly care about my oral health and dental needs. If you're looking for a dentist, I would highly recommend Fiddlehead Dental.

I have a fixed income and even the $300 was hard to maintain but I could. I was not ambiguous and could not agree to more. So I was told to make the payments. I did make the payments for 3 months and they accepted the payments without returning them. Then they set the appointment for me and the robot confirmed it and everything. Went in for the appointment that I had with them for months and took off work to do it. They told me when I arrived that they would not do the work because I only paid 300 a month and not 350 when I told them before I could not do that. So they still want the money and think that is acceptable. I do not. They accepted the payments. They made the appointment and then when I got there just told me NOPE. DO NOT TRUST THIS DENTAL BUSINESS.

I was unknowingly signed up for a limited three-refinement package, which made it difficult to continue treatment beyond that point (lots of push back). Ask all the questions upfront; not all Invisalign packages are created equal. I do appreciate the partial refund D&B provided at my request.

After moving to the area, I spent considerable time researching dental practices because I had…read morespecific criteria: diversity at all levels, impeccable cleanliness and sanitation practices, and quality care. After reading countless reviews, I chose Colchester Dental Group, and I'm so glad I did. My first appointment was with Dr. Wiese to establish care, get x-rays, and set up my routine cleaning schedule. From the moment I walked in, I knew I'd made the right choice. What impressed me immediately was that they gave me a full tour of the practice during my first visit, something I'd never experienced at a dental office before! This transparency made me feel welcome and showed they have nothing to hide. The office is immaculate, and their sanitation practices are clearly taken seriously. From check-in to check-out, every staff member was professional, friendly, and efficient. Dr. Wiese was thorough and took time to explain each step of the process. The x-rays were done efficiently, and the initial exam was comprehensive without feeling rushed. They clearly prioritize preventive care and patient education. The quality of care exceeded my expectations. Dr. Wiese was gentle, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about my dental health and concerns. The entire team worked seamlessly together, and I felt I was in capable, caring hands throughout both appointments. The diversity I was hoping to find is evident throughout the practice, which creates a welcoming environment for everyone. I've now had two appointments and both experiences have been excellent. I'm confident I've found my long-term dental home!

This office in St. Albans was the first to come up as a "better" option for dental care for kids. Well, sadly all my kids were sick with a bug and could not make it to the appointment; I was as well. Since some businesses prefer you to stay home in that case (Covid reasons maybe) I had to cancel my appointment. It was the same day as the appointment, but I had no choice. They sent me a letter telling me to find another dentist and removed my kids from the office. Confused, cause that is not a normal reaction to cancelling an appointment, I went there in person to try and resolve this. The dentist was not in during that day, so I waited for a call back. 3 weeks later, nothing! Finally went there today to explain what had happened and get this issue resolved. Wouldnt you know it, the man at the front basically told me "Sorry but there is no way you can come here anymore and its best to seek another dentist"; referring back to the initial letter I had received. I literally said; "So, basically, my kids cant come here anymore because of this letter and I can go kick rocks! that about right?" to which he replied; "Pretty much, yeah!" So, not only did I not get to speak with the person who runs the office and resolve this matter, the receptionist told me, in no uncertain terms, to "F" off. I have never had to deal with some thing like this before and the dissatisfaction that came from it has become a common theme for a lot of business in small cities like St. Albans. I would have been satisfied if they would have been a little more empathetic to the reason for the cancellation but, shocker, they were not. I highly recommend those reading this to seek other dental care elsewhere.
