Lots of easily identifiable staff wearing bright blue shirts to answer questions and check their phones to see if they have that unusual plant you are looking for. Brandi was great in directing me to several varieties I didn't see and even checked me out. I never felt rushed even though the place was buzzing. They had plenty of staff. He agreed to help me out and was so positive to deal with even though it was a large amount of stuff for him to haul. I asked about the business and he said he and his brother are excited to continue the business with their dad who has been around for 32 years. I couldn't believe how nice and willing he was to help me! I'm looking forward to visiting their nursery to get plants for my new yard. The staff takes pictures of my withered plant and send them to the owner and the owner tells from the pictures whether or not the plant is fully dead and can be exchanged. The poor staff member was so apologetic about the situation and was clearly embarrassed when she was told not to honor my warranty. This is a $50 lesson I won't soon forget. The owner does not honor their warranty unless the plant is "fully dead."

They had both topsoil and sod and they did deliver. I stopped by the nursery to check out and place the order. Do to rain it took a little longer to get but they did finally deliver both. It was not there fault it rained and unfortunately they can not deliver the first when it is raining or they would be delivering mud. There customer service was great and the person who took the order was very friendly and knowledgable. I would highly recommend Sestili Nursery for all your sod and topsoil needs.
