I was able to connect with an agent immediately and get a quote that was way cheaper than what I was paying before, and they pointed out several coverages that my old policy didn't have on it. ... Absolute worst... they are helpful if and as long as you are a client, for the most part, but don't try to leave them... they are NOT helpful, not cooperative and make it very difficult. We moved out of state and had a bank breach, we wanted to stay with them til our policy ended but they refused to except our new bank info. We had to immediately find a new agent and get insurance but this garbage company didn't help one ounce, so sorry, was a great company when their dad had it, these kids have ruined the old man's reputation, I have actually been with them that long, and this is how I got treated. To top it off, due to some crap about cancelling declaration that they didn't get they charged us and sent it to collections for not getting payment .... I stayed in contact and was very much just blown off, and asked to jump through hoops that they made quite difficult, now to fight this battle..... GO ELSEWHERE NOW, don't let it happen to you!!!.. if I could give negative stars, I would read more

thought they were good, maybe back in the day when their father ran it, my wife and I moved out of state and canceled our home owners and 2 vehicles that we weren't taking with us. i call back about 2 weeks later and find out that the cars were never removed and neither was the home. so I advise Mark, our agent to remove those again and a 3rd car. Somewhere around a week later we see our premiums are taken out automatically and there was no cost change... I call them and am told by Lisa, that the changes weren't entered and that there is form that needs filled out for the home... nice to have known when we lived in the same town. She sends me the forms to "electronically" sign them and they won't open to be signed, I can decline it.. but can't continue. I try downloading and signing and it and it won't allow that either... terrible customer service... sorry we ever left Morgyn at All-State. read more
