These guys brought it back to life. Huge shoutout to Eugene, who took time out of his July 4th holiday just to assess the full scope of what was needed. That kind of dedication is rare and says a lot about the level of service here. Diego also did an incredible job. He went above and beyond with the detail work, especially given how challenging some of the paint condition was. He didn't take shortcuts and managed to restore the finish far better than I thought possible. The interior now looks spotless, the paint has depth and shine again, and the Jeep feels like it's been given a second chance. I'm genuinely impressed and grateful for the care they put into this job. Highly recommend this team if you want detailing done right.

While the car has been kept relatively clean I am a smoker and my wife is a non-smoker. It was no secret that I'd been smoking in the vehicle but I didn't want her to be annoyed by it when she started driving the car again. When I picked it up from Terry I was astonished at the pristine condition of the vehicle. It looked showroom new inside and out. The enzyme spray used to get the smoke smell out of the headliner faded after 48 hours leaving the interior odor free. It may sound condescending but I had never thought of auto detailing as a form of craftsmanship. Thanks to the flawless hard work of Terry - The Detail King I now do.

They were super thorough and got the inside of his 2019 VW nice and clean again, including all those little areas that usually get missed. Not because they don't get the job done, but because honestly, it's just nerve-racking coming here. There are way too many people that work there and are all outside and it's kind of confusing as of where to go. Also, I think it's a little annoying. I have to get out of my truck go inside. Talk to the counter lady to get a pass for the car wash itself when I'm a member and no other car wash does that. And that's after you have to talk to somebody else when you first pull up. There's just a lot of talking to random people for something as simple as washing your car. And a lot of workers that look at you. Again, they get the job done. I really have no complaints about the service itself. But if you have social anxiety, I wouldn't recommend it

They also put some leather treatment on the interior, but that's not something you actually need a pro to do for you if you're willing to do stuff yourself, just a nice little extra they threw in for me. Unfortunately the supply of quality detailers in this town is super tight, and the reputable ones coordinate with each other to operate on a cartel model. But since I don't think the feds are going to investigate allegations of price fixing among the mile high metro auto detailers anytime soon, you take what you can get if you want your paint worked on by the top-tier professionals in this town. All commentary on local supply and demand aside, Jeff and Jared did an amazing job, and there's no buyers remorse here whatsoever. My car looks better than the day I picked it up from the dealership. I'm really hoping the coating will pay dividends when it comes to making maintenance easier. I can't speak to the longevity of the products, because I just got it done today, but I'll try and remember to revisit this review six months from now to update it for long-term results and if the products warrant, I'll call those out by name too. The shop is very clean, and Jeff and Jared are extremely and deliberately professional not just in their work product but in all of their customer interactions. They clearly care a tremendous amount about their business and their customers, in a long-term sense, which is comforting when you are turning over a very expensive piece of machinery to someone to mess with. If you have a nice car, and you need some appearance work done on it, you owe it to yourselves to go get a quote from these guys.
