BEWARE: They charge storage fees of $50 per day. I appeared in person 3 times & even paid them for…read moretheir services & this cost wasn't included or mentioned. My insurance company sent out an appraiser & they failed to mention this fee to him as well. The car sat waiting for 5 days for Rolfe's to assess it & i was even being charged storage for that time. MOST IMPORTANTLY: There is NO SIGNAGE posted anywhere that informs the consumer that these fees even exist. I was slapped with the unexpected cost of $700 that I had to pay out of pocket. Then three, four months later I hear a screeching noise, take my car into a different shop and have to have over a grand in brake work, rotors, new calipers to replace frozen ones, both rear brakes were fucked. Even with normal driving this wasn't four months worth of damage and should have been replaced sooner. I did more damage and paid more in the end by waiting, I feel I should have listened to the dealership.
