The beginning of this road and the end of the road start out as tar, containing homes. In the middle it turns into dirt. It was downpouring and I drove too close to the edge and the gravel gave way. This is a famous road that many people use in this area. The man on the phone that we would help us out for a really good price at the beginning of the conversation, but then later changed his mind and said no. It was 8 o'clock at night, temperatures were dropping and it was raining and I am disabled. Anything could have happened and not many two companies in the area. He said he would not accept credit card and there were no ATMs on the premises. When we arrived at the location, we had to drive down an overgrown dirt road to meet a man that had our vehicle in an enclosed area in the woods. When we asked him for a receipt of our payment (since we were extremely uncomfortable handing this random man a wad of cash with no paperwork), he told us he forgot his receipt pad and he had no way of giving us a receipt. After managing to get the vehicle moved out of the way of fellow border crossers, (thank you border patrol) we had to wait for the towing service to arrange for Lion's Towing to come to our location. Once they arrived, the driver quickly disconnected the trailer from our vehicle, got our vehicle onto the towing platform and then connect our trailer to the wrecker as well. The driver brought us and our vehicles to the service station, quickly disconnected our trailer, parked it out of the way, and lowered our vehicle from the wrecker platform precisely where the service station requested.
