We didn't know if it was just that the light bulbs were out or if the fixtures themselves were bad, but because the fixtures were 30ft up in the air we couldn't see. I left them a message and they quickly called me back and had someone out there the next day. They had this huge truck with some lift attached to it and they were able to determine that most of them were out because of the light bulbs. They did have to change a few light fixtures out, but these guys were great in trouble shooting it and giving us advice on other items. I was talking to the owner and he mentioned that they were licensed electricians and that they could do other electrical work too. Will keep them in my books.

Most companies said they would be able to handle the project, just to be let down in the end. No one was able to do the project, except Diluzio Inc! The whole process from just asking General questions to installation was seamless. Camille and Steven were great in getting my project setup and ready to go in less than a few days. They were able to send two of their amazing team members Roger and Greg to do the installation. Roger and Greg were respectful to my home, and my wishes. They were extremely professional and weren't running the clock, like I have seen with other companies. These guys knew the complexities of the type of chandelier I had, answered all my questions, and were extremely helpful. For anyone trying to do a large project and even a small one, I would highly recommend Diluzio Inc. We literally did a massive 79" crystal chandelier and a smaller glass globe, and I have to applaud Diluzio Inc. Just a tip for those that shop at RH: Please use Diluzio Inc, most companies can't or will not be able to do RH Chandeliers or light fixtures, but these guys can, and will do the project.

Kanika is an extremely talented designer, and I can't recommend her enough!…read more We bought a house in March 2020 - signed the contract days before covid stay at home orders. My husband and I then spent two years working from home together in our front room (we call it the study now) without any rhyme or reason, just putting our desks wherever they fit, because it all happened so quickly. It was awkward and ugly, cords and monitors everywhere, and not a great look for people walking in our front door. The whole time, I was thinking, "when this is done and at least one of us goes back to the office, I want to make this room into a nice space to read and relax, and also to WFH when I have to." That's where Kanika comes in. I tried changing the place up on my own, but every choice I made seemed to make my space uglier and more awkward. It was time to hire a professional. That decision was worth every penny. In the end, my project turned out to be slightly bigger than just one room. I enlisted Kanika's help in choosing flooring, baseboards and paint for the whole house, furniture for my entire downstairs (we were still using the old living room furniture left by the previous owners), and light fixtures throughout. She was easy to work with and understood immediately what I was going for. My study is a real showstopper now - the walls are this deep blue color that looks amazing, she designed a gorgeous custom bookshelf that makes perfect use of the space, and she picked a couch that is the perfect size, just the right color, and so comfortable. And we still managed to get a desk in there for those WFH days. Literally just the other day, I was on a Zoom with someone and thought "this room behind me is so pretty, it looks like a fake background." But it's real, and in my house! And it wouldn't have happened without Kanika. The paint color she helped me pick for my bedroom is something I never would have chosen on my own, but I still regularly think about how nice it looks whenever I go in there. Same with the color of the living room couch, I'd never have found it on my own, but now that I have it, I love it. She knows her stuff. Kanika's husband Adi runs the business side of things. He managed the project, hiring contractors and keeping everything on schedule. The work was done on time, and he kept us in the loop, patiently answering any concerns or questions. And, no shenanigans with the final cost. Really, hiring Kanika Design was a great decision for us.

He told me instead of calling him out for another half day to investigate the lights, I should try a few things first and went through some hypotheses (based on the investigations he already did). With the information he gave me I was able to debug and fix the issue myself saving me money. I'd highly recommend BMH for anyone looking for electrical work.
