Nobody should have to wait 2 or three weeks to look at a broken or leaking pipe or A.C. that is not working properly. I started calling reliable contractors to do the job. Canceled plan on April 21. It's now July and I and still seeing the recurring charge on my credit card."will never do that again". Called Constellation and they tell yes you have been canceled and will look into why your being charged 81 dollars a month. The system if flawed do not sign up for Constellation home.

This time we waited til almost 7pm for them to arrive. After working for an hour they decided they needed to order a part. ETA unknown, I will say that they have been responsive hence two stars rather than one. Otherwise not a great experience.

He gave me a few options to get the jobs done( most expensive to least expensive) and articulated all of my options very clear. I will absolutely use his services again. That changed as soon as I tested the outlet he installed -- plugging in a small fan immediately tripped the breaker. At no point did he perform a verification check in my presence. Bryant also installed the outlet five inches away from the location I specified inside my cabinet. When I asked about relocating it, he told me it was not allowed by county code but said I could move it myself. After reviewing Prince George's County electrical code, I learned that his statement was incorrect -- the relocation was fully permissible. The larger issue is the wiring itself. Bryant spliced the new outlet into the basement outlet circuit, and the moment anything is plugged into the new outlet, the breaker trips. The original outlets on that circuit continue to work without issue, making it clear the problem is isolated to the outlet he installed. When I contacted him about the failure, he claimed the work was not under warranty because I moved the outlet five inches and "possibly damaged the wires." Given my experience replacing outlets in multiple homes -- including several in my current home -- I knew I had not damaged anything. If the wiring were truly that fragile, it would indicate improper installation. He then quoted $180-$300 to fix the issue he created. This experience has also raised concerns about the ceiling junction boxes he installed, since I have not yet mounted the lights in them. I genuinely hope those installations do not present similar issues once I begin connecting the fixtures. Based on this experience, I will not be using Serene Electrical again, and I cannot recommend Bryant's services.

These guys were not like that. They could've charged an exorbitant service fee for coming to my boyfriends home on a weekend for a partial power outage (within 4 hours of us calling), but when they came and realized it was an issue with the utility company, they didn't charge him anything. The quick turnaround, honesty in their work, and willingness to help others in a pinch really sets them apart. We called nearly 20 electricians that day with most asking for somewhere around $160 for 30 min plus travel time at a minimum or for us asking for an appointment next week. They took our call right away and although they seemed lax on the phone, it's clear they knew what they were doing and understood the issue we were trying to communicate. It's not even my house, but if I need anything I'm calling them first and my boyfriend will do the same. Added bonus: this is a veteran-owned business.
