I waited from 2 June until 14 August to get my drapes from McKinney Drapery. When I finally got the drapes, they were not what I asked for. When we initially talked, I told him I wanted something light and airy because the room was too dark already. I wanted a simple scarf that did not cover the window. What I got was tailored sheers that cover the window and my room again is too dark. I will never use this company again. He doesn't listen to what his customer wants and can't deliver on time - after spending nearly $2000 on three small windows, waiting 10 weeks, getting window treatments that are stapled to the rods, I am totally dissatisfied. He was only concerned about how much he might lose if I asked to have these redone. But don't worry, he left my house with my check and immediately cashed it just to be sure I did not stop payment. What a guy!!! I now have to have someone come in and make new window treatments for me. He's not out a dime but I am out nearly 2000 plus having to redo. read more
