Between him and the owner, Jessica answering my calls each time (once on a weekend) and her patience with all my questions, they seem to truly care about their customers, which is really hard to find nowadays. This Start Pool Cleaner showed up when I was not present, let himself in through the side gate, without any prior announcement, and proceeded to do the cleaning without ever being asked to do so. I found out two months later that I owed them for cleanings that were never agreed to, and the owner came and changed my filter without my presence, which might have been better had he made it known in advance the actual day and time so that I could be there to pay attention to it. I paid another pool service the same two months, so I was double charged by Star even though I did not sign any contracts, or even meet them in person.
