They turned yellow during both summer and winter and showed little to no growth. Over time, they have all died. I recently reached out to the nursery to discuss replacing them with arborvitae (at our expense) and asked if they would consider offering a discount on removal and installation. I was disappointed to be told, "there is nothing we can do." Given the outcome and lack of support, this was a frustrating experience, and we won't be returning as customers.

We also paid him to completely redo a pond for us. We were able to enjoy it for a couple of weeks and then he just closed it. We were surprised he closed so early, but just assumed that was normal. We had never had a pond before. Then when they re-opened it in the spring, it leaked. We text, email and called him. He was too busy, he said. Finally they came to look at it and said it was fixed. Well, it never stopped leaking. We continued to tell him. However he sent us a massive bill and said to pay that and then he would look at it again. No thank you. We brought somebody else out to look at it who said it was done terribly. It was completely shoddy work. So now we have no pond, and if we want the pond that we paid him a large amount of money to fix, we will have to pay someone else to completely redo it again. Jonathan and his team don't know how to design landscape, what plants are good or bad for deer, what plants should be in sun or shade, and many other issues. We went for being so happy to absolutely miserable. He has been horrible to deal with. He's a terrible communicator and very indecent when things don't go his way.
