Then denied my son treatment- they made up a lie about the anesthesiologist having a weight limit. I know it's a lie because my niece is older and weighs more and had the same procedure done at that office specifically. If you call with a problem about your experience, the office manager is rude, unprofessional, and she will hang up on you. At least she did me. I definitely do not recommend this place. The model train that zipped around the ceiling was fun to follow and watch; the neat TVs that the children can pick and watch a cartoon or movie is just making adults super jealous that this is not their dentist appointment! My daughter got to use her senses to experience being at the dentist--the kind dental assistant explained all the tools to clean my daughter's teeth and at the end, the dentist came by to check that everything was in order before culminating in my child picking a new Disney-themed toothbrush and a prize out of the prize bin. The staff took extra precautions with covid with having everyone wear masks and even having children sanitize their hands before picking prizes out of the prize bin. It was a very warm and gentle dental experience leaving my daughter feeling secure in going to the dentist and telling me many times on the car ride home: " Mama, I LOVE going to the dentist!" The procedure was on baby teeth, and we asked for standard fillings but she used white, which insurance wouldn't cover. These molars will be falling out in the next year, why use white? Billing department is awful. Takes forever to get back to you when you call. Submitted our claim incorrectly to insurance, so we ended up having to pay the whole bill out of pocket. We later found out that this doctor takes patients who don't have insurance and supplements them by fully billing other patients. We're all for charity, but find other ways to fund it.
