My husband fortunately was able to move it out of the ticket booth line. Needing towing or roadside assistance on a Sunday is a truly impossible feat. This wasn't my first rodeo with not having towing/roadside help available on Sunday. Thankfully, Q Roadside picked up right when I called, told me how many batteries, etc. he had available and got in touch with my husband immediately. Thankfully, our minivan was towed and is now being worked on. To add to the cars just want to break down party, my husband's car was sitting in our garage not starting up. We informed Q Roadside of this. In addition to helping us with our minivan, he jumped my husband's car, monitored it, and even offered to come back if it didn't start again after the jump. Truly exceptional service on a Sunday (when our suburban fleet of vehicles like to break down)! I will call on Q Roadside again in a heartbeat if we're ever stuck in this situation again. He was fast, knowledgeable, and super helpful.

I've use this service a few times for the time my engine blew I needed a tow truck to the dealership he was there. For New Year's I was putting air in my tire at a fuel station and it was so very cold out that while doing it the air valve on the tire broke. He did not leave me hanging he came out as soon as possible before I called him I did contact through my insurance to have them send a tow truck this never happened I waited three hours I noticed on my phone that multiple tow trucks canceled out from coming finally the fourth tow truck came while STEVIE arrived I sent the tow truck away and Stevie was there less than an hour after the phone call that's amazing. And of course another holiday Christmas Eve while I am DoorDash in my vehicle broke down at a restaurant battery was dead from severe cold winds luckily I had a chance to cancel the customers order send a different driver but once I called STEVIE I don't even know how long it was but I almost think I only waited a half hour. I'm so completely satisfied with how great his tow trucks are that it protects your vehicle. His attitude and personality are great you feel like you're talking to a brother. He worries about you he'll tell you to stand inside while he's in the frigid cold temps. I will always continue to use the service I will always tell my friends about him definitely the person you want towing your vehicle back to safety or coming out to get your vehicle started or changing a tire many many other things. His services and detail top notch my vehicle always looking perfect. Now that the winters here and I'm gonna be waiting for a warm day I will be visiting again. Adam W

However I was thoroughly impressed with the service from start to finish. It may have been a system error that stated I would receive a driver within the hour, however the tow truck was there in 15 minutes and when help arrived a gentleman by the name of Zaid got down and wasted no time. Through on his hazard lights and came to assess the vehicle. I was simply expecting to have someone come and provide the service but he provided much more. He assessed the damage and was able to explain to me the problem, and how I would need to proceed with the resolution. Not to mention he changed two of my front tires expeditiously. Definitely would use this service again 10/10

After two other towing services showed up, shrugged, and walked away, I was convinced my situation was impossible. But then Sais arrived... early, no less. From the moment he stepped out of the truck, you could tell you were dealing with a true professional. He took his time to assess an extremely challenging situation, thought through every angle, and came up with a plan that was pure genius. No rushing, no drama--just calm, confident problem-solving. And then he executed flawlessly. What everyone else said couldn't be done, he handled with precision and ease. Watching him work was like watching a master at their craft. He absolutely knocked it out of the park. From start to finish, Sais and Nation Wide Tows delivered first-class service. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Without going into the gruesome details of what happened, Todd was able to reign her in without jeopardizing her condition further. Trust me, any further jostling or mishandle-ment could have led to tragedy. I was truly lucky (or "blessed" for the religious folk out there). He gladly drove us on over a couple towns south west - about a 15 minute ride. Normally I am leery about the conversations that can be had with this sorted crew, but I was real happy to be sitting alongside Todd. He told me a little about his starting this business not too long ago and then gave me some advice on my car. Super friendly and super comforting. A damsel in distress no more! Hopefully, I will not need a towing anytime soon, but in the event any of you do, Todd's the man.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this towing provider dispatched through roadside…read moreassistance. I was initially told the wait time would be about an hour. That estimate came and went, and after multiple followups, I kept being given new time windows that were never met. This pattern continued for hours. At one point, I received a notification that the driver had arrived. That was not accurate. No one was there. Because of that false update, the service was actually marked as completed even though the tow truck never showed up, which created additional issues on my end. Throughout the night, I was repeatedly told the driver was "on the way," "next in line," or just minutes out. None of those updates turned out to be true. Eventually, the towing company stopped answering my calls altogether. To be fair, roadside assistance continued trying to help and relay updates, but there is only so much they can do when the provider is not responsive. After waiting roughly nine hours, no tow truck ever arrived. This situation cost me work time, personal time, and added stress the following day trying to resolve something that should have been handled the night before. What made it worse was the lack of honest communication. If delays were clearly communicated, I could have made other arrangements much earlier. For a company that has "Trust" in its name, this experience showed neither reliability nor trustworthiness.
