We were leaving our estate to recognized charities and so asked for time to contact them as to the specific wording of the bequest. Once we had collected that information we forwarded it to the legal assistant to draft the documents. The first draft completely ignored the charities required wording. Second one was produced weeks later, still not accurate and missing pertinent information on the people selected for our Powers of Attorney, This required a phone consultation with a staff attorney. Another draft was produced with minor typos. Two months later we were able to sign the documents. We did not expect to have to proof read all the documents to be sure they were using the correct legal designations or to check for omissions and simple typos. We found the office to be unprofessional in its' work product and timeliness of producing documents (over two months from start to finish).

My lawyer rightly pointed out that the time for input was long before today, and she was placed on standby to help save on costs.Out of all the substantial money we paid, it felt like absolutely nothing meaningful was accomplished. I truly felt forced by the legal system, through intense financial pressure, into making a decision I did not want to make. I would not trust this firm with anyone's children, case, effective communication, or transparency.
