Definitely a straight shooter and very law savvy. He asked me what I needed and I told him. After much discussion, he asked me why I needed a will. I truly thought that was the way to go. He explained wills go to probate after death and that lawyers continue to charge until probated and that can take some time. He spent quite a bit of time with me and I gathered the necessary paperwork he suggested and completed. Beneficiary at the bank easy, medical power of attorney, notarized at my bank easy, my financial counselor sent me the forms to distribute my monies to my kids easy, went to the County Clerk's office with the title to have my son's name included on the title upon death, $35, easy. The last and final part was the deed transfer of my home to my son upon death. This is when I finally got to meet Eileen and David. Eileen is extremely soft spoken and very knowledgeable. She is open and welcoming to all. I don't think there is a person on earth she and David wouldn't help. She drafted the paperwork, I signed and she notarized and had it sent to be recorded. $250 and $35 for a will. I came home and wrote notes for my son about how I wanted this distributed to my other kids and granddaughters. I have this all included in a divided file folder. David is a hoot and I thank him so much. Eileen is an angel without wings. I can't recognize this two individuals enough.

Our GC demanded we pay extra costs on our new home build (which we've never talked about, nor agreed to). We're at the 95% finish rate. We've paid all our drawers on time and basically the exterior of the home is almost done, but the GC wants to charge us another $12,000 for labor and supply we've never talked about. Throwing out fees/dues right as we are literally at the end game! So much so that they're threatening us if we don't pay, they're walking off job! Pathetic and so unfair on so many levels! Although, I wasn't able to hire Roberto to work on my case, because after talking to him and explaining what had happened and the legal avenues we could take, in the end, we'd end up paying so much more than $12,000.
