Booked an appt online. Received confirmation for test drive via phone call. Arrived at said time and my assigned salesman was with someone else. Waited..., test drove by myself, waited again.... The disrespect and rudeness that we received today has made our experience one of the worst in customer service at McGuire Cadillac parts department. If this is how you treat your customers in the parts department I can only imagine the rest of your business. This has been the third and final time we would step into this dealership. The first and second time I figured the Parts manager had a bad day. Today he has cross the line by making us wait for over 20 minutes as he was having a conversation with a coworker. He stated to his co-worker when she advised him we were waiting, that we can wait. Talking down to us and making you feel as if we were beneath him. It did not go well nor will we allow anyone talk to us the way he did. This is your manager? This is what every Malouf Cadillac customer is talking about. My sunroof was broken, McGuire charged my insurance company thousands and never cleaned the car. The guy wanted me to bring it back in but I said no because they had the car for close to a month and couldn't get it right in that amount of time. I will be contacting my Insurance Company. Emil, there's nothing to discuss. My insurance company and I paid for the cleaning and the car wasn't appropriately cleaned. I expected a lot more from Cadillac. I can't bring it in because I have a disabled brother I care for, it's not that easy for me. That's why I had the car towed back to me. read more

I received exceptionally horrible service especially from they "customer care" specialist Chaz Johnson. And i believe his response to me was disrespectful and racially driven. I own a 2019 Cadillac which is currently under the new car currently in addition to being certified pre-owned.  My rain sensor and highbeam lights are not working and instead of even looking at my car they told me they were going to charge me if they looked at my car.  They are supposed to at least look at my car because it is under warranty.   But charging me regardless is not something they do for anyone else not of color. I told Chaz I was going to contact GM regarding my treatment and said goodbye.   He then called me back and told me not to bring my car back to Mcguire. To tell me not to come into their dealership when I did nothing to deserve this treatment speaks volumes on how they treat their clients of color. Totally shameful. read more

Would give zero stars if possible. My wife brought in her XT5 for regular scheduled service, which included oil change... Mechanic neglected to tighten oil pan bolt, leaked 1 1/2 quarts of oil over a few days. Mostly in my driveway, thanks for that! When I called to complain, they were basically like "oh sorry" that happens. Well it hasn't happened to me over the last 30yrs, so it obviously doesn't just happen. Sent multiple complaints via email to a number of employees there, no response. Plenty on Cadillac dealers around. Pick one that actually cares about their customers! Oh, so now I get a response. Had some ABS & Traction Control codes they were very fast about getting the cars ahead of mine to the back soon as I looked my car was in the garage as well and I was still talking to the counter service man I was in and out in 45 minutes professional customer service skills from these guys I hear a lot of bad things about prices at dealers for service but I'm starting to realize you get the service you pay for for 150 in labor I'd say most off mechanic shops won't be as reliable. I've dealt with many but McGuire I'll be servicing with you more often. read more

I've been here b4 but didn't write a review but just know it was outstanding cause I'm here again...I bring my Truck and Car here because these guys are very kind, courteous, polite and very helpful they make sure everyone is satisfied..I mean if u have a great car such as a Cadillac u have to remember it pays to ride lol so no maintenance isnt cheap but these guys are very knowledgeable and it makes customers happy,...well I'm here today just for a oil change b4 work they said if they are not complete b4 my schedule shift they will give me a courtesy car or a ride to work and thats awesome...the sitting area has coffee and snacks along with reading materials I mean the coffee isnt my fav Dunkin Donuts but itll do lol..so I'm sitting here while they service my Caddy and will continue the review when I'm done but so far so good ....ok 15mins later....they keeping my baby for longer than expected they giving my baby a full physical lol but hey I'm not complaining they are giving me a loaner and will have my baby all right by the time I get off so no complaints here...they working as a team to satisfy everyone....my caddy is fairly new so it's no biggie and I want to keep it that way and I know these guys are gonna help me do that read more

This dealership sent me home without tightening the bolts on my tires. I am lucky to be alive right now. Also, I'm not even sure they changed the oil to synthetic as I was told based on the price I was charged. The staff there is not trustworthy. Enquired about purchasing a 2019 Escalade from them - after much back and forth over text and email they insisted that we come to the dealership (an hour away) bring our trade ins and they would give us a great deal. Got there and they refused to negotiate at all. Typical Car dealership tactic - they figure they'll get you in front of the car and make an emotion based purchase rather then drive home empty handed. The General Sales Manager Mark Inhassi was the absolute worst person I have ever dealt with buying a new vehicle in my life. I spent $90,000 to be given a Cadillac Escalade that had faulty brakes and did not even get me home. Through many hours with GM corp. office and dealership they finally gave me a new unit and are selling my old faulty unit as a new unit. I was charged $329 for a $2500 accident plan that I did not agree to buy. Mark will not refund my money as promised in a we owe form produced by his finance officer. I also asked for no front license plate bracket to be installed because PA does not require front plate who would want holes in their bumper? Mark failed to instruct his staff not to put the bumper on and they drilled my bumper. I STILL have not received a new bumper as promised either. Mark I makes promises he does not intent to keep. I have contacted atty. generals office and the NJ state licensing board in regards to Mark I. BUYER BEWARE Mark I does NOT follow through with your requests or promises. Very disappointed read more

There always an issue with the work they do in my 2015 escalade. Oil level was low twice from not adding the proper oil amount when they did oil changes. I had to address it to them to adjust the oil level. They did a recall on the car and they puncture the leather on the interior panel from when the Work was done. Seems like mechanics don't care about customer cars. Differently doesn't feel like a top of the line luxury service shop. Horrible dealership everything was a headache. Had an appointment 1.5 hours away to see the car and get a call saying someone else was there putting a credit app in for it but I can give a deposit on the phone and not to come yet. I went anyway. Car was dirty, battery was dead and nobody had touched it. Get a call 3 days later being offered the price I wanted. Called back with credit card in hand and salesman said he would call me right back and never called back. Just went there few days later and made the deal anyway. Car wasn't even put through the shop despite being there for 3 months. Next morning the MIL (check engine) came on. They couldn't fix it, agreed to pay local dealer to fix it. Said they would reimburse me. Had to chase them for the check they said had been mailed but wasn't. Finally got it after a few weeks. They said they would FedEx my tags to me when they came in. After 2 months called them and they were there. They said they would be overnighted to me and to be home to sign for them. Never came after sitting home all day. Called and was told they should be there the next day wouldn't give me tracking # (they didn't send them yet). When they arrived I saw they sat at the dealer for 3 weeks. Actual cost was less than what I paid for estimated so I was owed the difference. They tried to say $35 difference was for shipping then got an attitude and just sent me a check read more

McGuire Cadillac has two locations one in Woodbridge New Jersey and another in Newton,New Jersey however it does have to do with the newton,New Jersey location. For the last four months I was supposed to be credited $100 for my gas and toll in time traveling over 67 miles one way and 67 miles back only to purchase a car from the used car lot of McGuire Cadillac,only to find out that the car was sold when I get to the store.The sales person Charlie O'Connor repeatedly told me he will send me a check in the mail , in (which I have the recording left on my answering machine ) which a check never ever reached my home.being that I wasnt having the best luck with Mr. O'Conner,later i requested To speak to a sales Mgr by the name of Mark Dunbauar which in return,returned my call and told me that Mr. O'Connor was out sick after a week ...I called back the next well and he told me Mr. O'Connor is not coming back so I'm going to have to take a loss on the hundred dollars. It was very unprofessional and it gave me an experience that I will never forget spending over 120 miles of driving only to have a sales person by the name of Charlie oh Connor to make such a large franchise look this bad unprofessional. I would not recommend the Maguire branch anybody posting cars on their site they don't even exist when you get there to purchase it. read more

NEVER EVER GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE. The service manager, Richard Levandoski was HORRENDOUS. He was arrogant, rude, dismissive and told us point blank, "He has enough business and doesn't need ours". This was after multiple phone calls of us being assured they could help us, 30 minutes of waiting to "sign in" with the added bonus of being talked to like we were children. Brought my 2009 10K mile CTS-V to get a headlight replaced. Would figure a car with that kind of mileage would get a faulty headlight replaced for free. They did get the bill down from 1400.00 to 600.00 but still feeling slighted either way. Upon retrieving my car, I remote started my vehicle. The vehicle took off an hit a curb and caused 3k worth of damage. The first response was, "we put all cars in gear." Then I said "no emergency brake." Then they said, "emergency brakes don't work well." I said, "really, a car with 10k miles on it doesn't have a good emergency brake?" I use my emergency brake all the time and never put my car in gear on a flat service. If it is left in gear with the emergency brake on, the car would just buck and go no where. They basically said I am screwed and that you should not put a remote start on car with manual tranny. I have owned this car for 4 years and had a remote start on it for just as long with no issues. I even told them not to put it in gear. I am not so much upset that the event happened b/c it things happen and I will go through my insurance and pay the deductible, but the way they handled it and the first response will make me never buy or bring or recommend anyone bring their car there ever again! read more

Service department. Have dealt with Bill Whale and crew a few times over the years. They have always been helpful, polite, and pleasant to deal with. Each time my car was in for repair it was out of warranty. Repairs were completed quickly and professionally. I cannot say enough about these guys. I highly recommend this dealership for there service department. I have not bought a car from them so I cannot comment on the buying experience. But I can say that anytime I am at Mcguire the sales staff has always welcomed me and have gone out of their way to make me feel as if I were at home. read more

I don't understand the prior reviews, as my experience was the complete opposite. I worked with the GM Jerry, Sammy in finance and Rich in service on my truck. No "typical" car dealer games. They were honest, professional and refreshing to see some guys still value a handshake. I will absolutely return to them for another vehicle. Jerry is the only GM I saw when shopping around that was readily accessible - his office is right on the showroom and has an open door. I find this much better than the GMs that are in the dark office hidden behind the sales tower. read more

the service manager is a complete idiot Richard Levandoski he's old cranky and arrogant .plus the owner is just as arrogant I bought a truck from there and it spent more time in there shop then with me after all my problems I went to trade it in and they offered me a ridiculous amount of money for a trade .so I went else where and they gave me a very fair amount .so I bought my new car else where but these idiots are closer to my home so I stupidly brought it there for repairs and all they did was parts change . so I brought it back to where I bought it and it ended up being lemon lawed on the advice of Richard Levandoski from mcguire when all hell broke lose this Idiot got mad at me and through me out of his place because I cost him time with Cadillac after all the parts changing he did what an idiot I called and spoke to the owner who is a bigger idiot then the other idiot and he basically told me to go f- myself if you deal with these people you are just looking for trouble your gonna get screwed one way or the other ps I didn't know it till it happened to me if any gm dealer doesn't want to work on your car they can throw you out even if you bought it from them read more
