The repair itself was simple--requiring roughly 10-14 feet of material, a few screws, and basic hardware. The work appeared satisfactory at first, and I paid the invoice in full the same day. Unfortunately, the experience that followed has been extremely disappointing. The day after the repair, my son parked in the driveway and discovered a handful of screws--about a dozen--scattered directly where the repair vehicle had been parked. He collected them and brought them to me, and I immediately warned my family to check their tires for any potential damage. Shortly after, my son's girlfriend found a screw in her left rear tire. The screw was located in the sidewall, making the tire unrepairable and forcing her to buy a new one. A day later, I personally found another dozen screws scattered near the end of the driveway and along the edge of the road, confirming that they had been dropped by the repair technician from All Gutter Systems. I contacted the company to report the incident, and to their credit, they initially reimbursed us for the cost of the one damaged tire. However, the issue did not end there. A few days later, I found yet another screw lodged in the sidewall of the rear tire on my own vehicle. Because my car is all-wheel drive, I was advised that all four tires should be replaced to prevent drivetrain issues--costing me nearly $400. I immediately contacted the company again, explained what had happened, and spoke with the salesperson who told me he would relay the situation to the owner. I was later informed that the owner was unavailable due to a family wedding but would respond soon. It has now been several days, and despite multiple follow-up calls, I have received no response and no resolution. While accidents can happen, the real test of a company's integrity is how they handle them. In this case, All Gutter Systems started out well by acknowledging the first problem, but completely failed to follow through once it became clear that there was additional damage. The lack of communication and accountability has been frustrating and disappointing. Until they take responsibility and provide fair compensation for the damage caused by their technician's negligence, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

He offered his opinion but deferred to our preferences and worked to find ways to make our project less expensive. In fact, even though we ended up ordering new cabinets for the desk rather than re-using existing cabinets (because it looked much better) and he did some additional work, the job came in less than he estimated - the first time we've ever had that happen! John was great at keeping us updated on when materials would arrive and allow him to start, and accurate with his estimates. He worked around our schedule and cleaned up at the end of every evening, always making sure that things were safe for our three-year-old and pets. He did several extra small things at the end, such as rewiring some switches in the hall for us, and did them at no charge. John worked very quickly and his work is fantastic - very high quality. You can't even tell that the project was a remodel; it looks like it was always here - which is exactly what we wanted. I can't recommend him highly enough. We will definitely be using him again!

We had a "3/4" home remodel, essentially everything except the kitchen. Our previous home stats were 3 Bedroom, 1.5 bath. On completion we have a 4 bedroom, 3 full bath. No additions were added to the home, we just finished the lower level and remodeled existing space. We had Soren as our project manager. Soren was great and very responsive to texts/calls. It is nice having a single point of contact that you can reach out to if you have any issues. Build quality from the sub-contractors Loyl hired on our project is excellent. Special shoutout to Tom and his crew (framer), Jackson and Martin (VerPlank Electric) and Marvin and his crew (paint). The plumbing crew also did excellent work, although I'm not sure of the company name. Our house required some special attention to HVAC. The HVAC company did their best to get everything right, and I thank them for it. Billing was straight-forward and based on progress milestones. I appreciated Loyl's approach to billing in my project, with billing only for what I could go down and verify was completed. There was absolutely no feeling of "shenanigans" when it came to billing. Overall timeline for project completion was extended due to several factors, some of which was on Loyl's end and most of which was on my end due to change orders. Overall, project timeline was as follows: Start: May, 2025. Final Completion, January 2026. Living in a home during a whole home or 3/4 home remodel is challenging, especially with children. Loyl was very considerate of this, and ensured that steps were taken to maintain a livable space during the project (i.e. Water down only for the workday, new furnace removed and installed same day, power only out during the workday, etc...) This was greatly appreciated during a project that forced all 4 family members to one floor. Final thoughts: If we ever remodel our kitchen, Loyl construction will be the first company I contact.

Jason met us on site and we decided on a shed and wanted the drive to talk about it. That shed sold while we were driving. Jason said he would get us what we wanted for the same price. We didn't have to compromise on color and roof style (metal) as we did with the other shed. Delivery happened exactly as promised. Darcy & Heather were delivery communication and super knowledgable. Kaleb managed to get into our difficult driveway. We have a flag lot. I was pretty impressed. He knew the problem areas and my husband followed him with a chainsaw to get down some limbs. Even though we spent the last three days prepping for this, there were some we missed! We look forward to our new building to use as a roadside stand for our farm - Twin Flame Lavender Farm.
