My appointment was at 8am this morning - confirmed through a reminder text. I checked-in at the counter, wrote my information on the board and waited. There was no one else other than me in the waiting room and I waited until 8:32 to approach the receptionist to ask what was going on and what I was waiting for. She replied "your husband is at the back - not finished with his appointment". I came in alone and there was NO ONE ELSE in waiting room to be confused with. She assumed that was my husband at the back because we share the same last name? Very unprofessional to say the least. After she realized she made a wrong comment, she promptly informed me I am booked for a 9am. They had a mix-up in the system and booked me for 9am while I received a confirmation text for 8am. I talked to her manager and she replied "it's human error". Please step up your managing skills because I believe schedule management is one of them. Double check next day appointments and reconcile with confirmation texts you send out. Those are monitored by front desk people - not system generated. This is MORE THAN A HICCUP. I am very upset with this experience and manager couldn't resolve this issue other than offering to reschedule me to another day. I will be saving the confirmation text and voicing it to the other two doctors in my future visit. Dr Mikhail was aware of the issue when I was talking to receptionist and manager. He just looked at me, stood by and left without getting involved. Very upsetting management team.

Came here to have Dr. Palumbo look at a tooth that was messed up. Dr. Palumbo provided me some…read moreoptions for treatment with no pressure on doing more expensive procedures. In the end, I decided to get my tooth extracted since it was back where my wisdom teeth were. Dr. Palumbo explained everything in detail throughout all of my appointments. I scheduled a follow up appointment to have the tooth extraction done. From time of arrival to departure, the extraction took about 20-25 minutes. No joke. Dr. Palumbo then prescribed me with some medication and prescription mouth wash. They even called/faxed in my prescriptions ahead of time for me. When I arrived at a local, popular pharmacy that has 3 letters in it, the prescriptions weren't ready and the line to pick up prescriptions was super long. It took longer to get my prescriptions than to have a tooth extracted with anesthesia! Definitely go to Dr.Palumbo and his team! So friendly and the prices are very fair!

Although I postponed the procedure was simple. Dr. Sperling was confident in her ability and it showed. On game day I popped a pill, had my mom drive me over and It was done. I awoke and was good to go. I had to refrain from drinking (and smoking if you smoke) for two weeks and be careful not do so things that caused my mouth to open too wide like eating chewy food and... *gasp* smile. LOL But it was an otherwise easy experience. Only downside was not being able to brush my teeth for two weeks. The mouthwash I had to use caused staining but Dr. Sperling had a hygienist who was able to clean it right up (as you can see in the picture)!
