The staff truly makes this office stand out. Tonia at the front desk is incredibly helpful with scheduling and logistics and genuinely tries to make things easy for patients. On the clinical side, I worked closely with Christina, who assisted with my temporary crowns and works closely with Dr. Vakay. What really stood out to me was that after learning I was having surgery (unrelated to dental work), Christina actually reached out afterward to check on how I was doing. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare and says a lot about the people in this office. I also worked with Rose, who was equally careful, precise, and kind. Then on a second occasion the assistant left a temporary over lay on my tooth. Which made me have to go back the next day and miss a few hours of work to have it taken out. 3rd I had another crown put in and had my tooth drilled and grinded down too much to where the new crown fell off 4 times. All 3 times i was charged all 3 times to install it back due to their mistake. And like the other review I saw they have no sympathy for you. I was 4 minutes late due to a rollover car accident ans they shut down the road I was on and they charged me for missing my apt even though I was in the parking lot just parking. I can't predict a road being shut down and me being stuck on a shut down road and having to be re-directed. Then I got sick and due to their COVID rules I decided to be honest and tell them I was sick and yet again got charged because it was 1 day notice and not 48 hours notice. Again sorry I'm not a psychic and didn't know I would get sick the day before my appointment. I shouldn't have said anything and gotten you all sick I guess. They ask if you want fluoride on your teeth but fail to say it's not covered under most of your insurance companies as I had it happen to me and I was stuck with the bill but learned my lesson. and then heard another customer complaining about the same thing. Don't ask if we want it without letting us know it's not covered when you know it's not. This place used to be awesome and turned horrible within the past 2 years.
