He asked what we were looking for and said they were straight forward and haggle free they do not work on commission! They had over 20 mattresses on display. We began with the lowest end mattress. A queen box spring and mattress was $300. Yup. Awesome deal. The next one we tried was $350 for a set, and a bit nicer, then $400, $450, $500 etc. yes they got better quality the more they cost. We settled with the $500 model. He said it was their best seller. We liked it so much I bought two sets. One for my daughter and one to replace ours. They had guarantees on liking it but I don't remember specifics. I bought it on a Saturday night and they will be delivered Thursday. Free metro delivery and free haul away of old mattress. They need to duplicate that girl and make her manager at all the locations because she knows how to take care of an issue. I didn't care if I had to pay for the repair, I just wanted the chair fixed. She assured me she would get a repair person out asap and that happened the next day. John came and met me to look at the chair and he was also very pleasant and extremely nice.
