From check in to checkout I received friendly customer service. Dr. Ditto was very nice, VERY patient in hearing you out rather than running over your words or over talking you. He examined me, explained to me what he was going to do and how he could resolve my symptoms. I was in and out in a short amount of time nor did I feel like another number, he genuinely seem to care about getting me better and I actually received GREAT service. Within hours the coordinator called to schedule my next treatment which I really appreciated BC normally its days before anyone follows up. So, we took an early apt with Dr Morpeth that was only 4 days out. And I'm so glad we did. He was very detailed and answered all of our questions. And although, she had to have surgery and biopsy done in June, he made us feel calm. The surgery and aftercare went well. We went back today, because we thought we saw a lump on the other side this morning, they worked us in so she could be examined quickly. Again, he showed compassion and great bed side manner. And the staff is always friendly.

I helped for a while but, the hearing loss came back. Clogged ear tube, not sinuses. I consulted another ENT and he put a tube in my ear and immediately fixed the issue with an office visit. Fast forward 2 and a half years, ENT Institute is coming after me for $25.00 and turned it of to collections. They can't tell me what the $25.00 is for and my insurance shows "Paid in Full". I called the collections company to dispute and their reaction was "Do you really want to dispute $25.00?" Yeap because in 2 years, they will want another $25.00 or more. It will never end.
