We've had them build privacy divider walls for our condo, replace all ceiling lights, make numerous repairs, plumbing work, painting, ceiling fan replacements, and a number of other projects. We absolutely live our walk through Butlers Pantry. So happy we found these two. Two We wanted a custom built shed next to our house. They got right on this. Clearing the earth, compacting, laying drain rock down & building exactly what we wanted. Love the fact this shed is super sturdy & so well built. I wouls ABSOLUTELY recommend theses two for any job. Fix-it Ross has honestly been a life saver on several occasions when I needed to quickly get a house ready for a new occupant. So far he has repainted the interior of three residences for me, installed new hardware, light fixtures, replaced screens, pressure washed exterior and driveways, replaced fencing and repaired a large portion of decking. After seeing his work I hired him for some outdoor projects at my personal residence as well. He and his team have accommodated smaller tasks too like assembling furniture for a short-term rental, programming door bells, digital locks, replacing high up light bulbs, air filters, etc. I also appreciate that they know their limitations and won't just say yes unless it is truly in their scope of knowledge. I've found pricing to be very fair, especially because he's able to handle several projects in a single visit. I usually wait until I have 3-5 items on my list before sending a HELP! text. He did not write down his measurements and when he showed up, he brought the wrong window size. He then had to re-order the correct window size. When he installed the window, we discovered that the screens were damaged. When we were not home, he dropped off replacement screens, but they were again the wrong size! Do you think he would at least check them when he dropped them off to be sure they were the right size?? Of course not because he is not that smart. After we discovered that the screens are the wrong size, he is not returning my phone calls, text messages or emails. His work is also way below sub-standard. He used scrap wood to build the exterior framing. It looks horrible and we will have to have that redone by a professional carpenter. HE IS AN UNSCRUPULOUS SKUNK AND A COWARD!! STAY AWAY FROM HIM!!!
