My eyes were wide open for quality. My first introduction to HomeSealed was from a YouTube made by a southern company. I started looking very closely to see if they would fit my needs. From the first contact to the installation, everything was seamless. Nick, my sales rep was timely and very well spoken. All my questions were answered. The office staff was excellent to deal with and gave us just the right amount of attention for updates on the progress of manufacture to setting the date for the install process. Right on schedule our installer arrived and worked nonstop. He was very experienced and all of his work was stellar. When we have our next set of windows done, we will request him. He was very professional, paid close attention to our landscaping and did as little disruption inside and out as was possible. We've had a lot of work done to our house and I must say, this company is heads above the others. Thank you HomeSealed Exteriors, LLC

My order was processed and installation was scheduled a few weeks out due to lead time. I have no issue with that aspect of the project. On the say of the scheduled installation, no one showed and I received a phone call at lunch advising that not all of the material was available and a reschedule would be needed. About two weeks later, a crew showed up, unannounced for the installation, which would take two days. Working with this company required additional days off of work and could not be scheduled ahead of time. No discount was available for the inconvenience and time off work. I will be utilizing another glass company for my upcoming projects. Bill D.

I had Clearview install windows in my home over 2 years ago. During installation, there were…read moreissues, but Clearview addressed them. Today one of my windows developed a stress fracture. I contacted Clearview, and had a prompt reply that it would be a warranty repair. A few hours later, Ron called to tell me it would not be a warranty repair. I did not understand why it was no longer a warranty claim. The window failed. Ron indicated it was a two-year warranty. There was nothing they could do. He would not try to do anything. Their mistake in misquoting me as a warranty repair was my problem. He said he couldn't help it if I didn't understand. I became frustrated, and asked why he thought it was ok to insult his customers and not understand why I was not happy. I asked him to treat me with respect and help to solve the problem. His response was to ask if I was done criticizing him. No apology for insulting me, no apology for misquoting me, no compromises. He was right. I was wrong. This company does not understand customer service. They made a mistake. They made it my problem. They insulted me for questioning them.

I just closed the door and had to run to do a review for Dick's Roof Repair…read more We had a couple of spots in the ceiling and were concerned. We had someone else come out and tell us "Well...you're 13 years into a 15 year roof and you're about due". They didn't even go up on the roof. Well we panicked as it wasn't a good time financially (is it ever?) for a large repair. I submitted an online request for a free estimate from Dick's Roof Repair late yesterday afternoon. Dick Pignotti came out within 24 hours and actually got up on the roof and inspected it. He told me that it wasn't that bad yet and we had another (approx) 2-5 years on it. He gave me tips and suggestions to correct any potential issues that may be causing the extra wear in some spots. I asked what it would cost to replace it, when it comes due as we will need to save for it. He gave me a rough estimate that was so very fair and feasible for us to save for when needed. I couldn't be happier. I asked for his card AND am doing this review so that I make sure that he is the one I call for any and all of our future roofing, siding, windows and gutter needs. I'm not doing a commercial....well I guess I was doing a commercial. But he deserves it! A big stress relief happened in just a short visit! We were more than understanding with Amy who had an excuse for us as long as the day as long about why she wasn't coming and then when she did come, she would be hours late. We wanted our deck done before our daughter was born last June and that never happened. Now we are coming up to her 1st birthday and having a huge party for her at the end of June and our deck is a mess and Amy will not respond to us. Disgusting if you ask me. The owner was extremely professional and communicative. Always let us know in advance when the crew would arrive and explained what to expect. My husband and I are first time owners, and a roof is an investment, Gary understood and took his time answering all our questions. Services we received: tear off, new base boards (we have an older he and the former style was long outdated and not practical), gutters and extra wide down spouts, and vents. Being a large Victorin house, our roof is fairly complex, That said we are so IMPRESSED how well of a job the crew did. We had our new roof on in just two days, and the whole crew did a great job cleaning up. You can't even tell anyone was in our yard. Hands down will use Carlino's again for any roofing or gutter service and we will be happy to share with all our friends, family and neighbors! He was parked blocking all of the spots in front of a restaurant including the handicapped spots. I pulled up next to him and asked him to move his vehicle so others can park since he was pulling a large trailer behind his ford f250 so in total it was at least 40 feet long. He told me to F*** off as the line of cars trying to pull into the lot from the drive thru was backing up and preventing anybody from getting parked to wait for food. The entire parking lot away from the door and handicapped and few other fronts spots was open. He may do good work but at what cost. He even prevented someone from backing out of their handicapped spot until after he finally left. To you sir you can rot in hell.
