Your invoice states the work included replacing the two heating elements and testing the unit to confirm it reaches proper temperature. After the service, the water heater is still not producing hot water, so the problem I paid to fix was not resolved. Your invoice provides a 1-year craftsmanship warranty on all services. I am formally invoking that warranty. Please either (a) return and correct the issue so the unit produces hot water at no additional charge, or (b) refund the $873.60 I paid. I asked for a refund and was instead offered a new unit installation for an additional $1,400. I am not authorizing additional work. I need the original repair honored or refunded. My handy man had to go back over all of this work and replace the part shown and replace the fuse. Work like brand new again.
