This is a rental property, so I didn't notice that it was removed for several months. Now they are denying removing the piping for my aerator when it was clearly there and working before they came and installed the new plumbing. Between the poor customer service and a technician that is clearly lying I will never use them again Yes you sent two employees out after. One gave me another estimate and the second one which I was there with him agreed that the new piping they installed was right where the piping for the Aerator was. I'm guessing someone came in the back yard and removed it and also unplugged the aerator that's been installed for the past 7 years.
