Mind you my dad had already taken out the old one and opened the new one had it ready. They came out and said over $300 dollars. I said why we were quoted way less. He said idk and said the new part was almost $100. First off not my fault you brought wrong one. Second they would not show me the receipt. And to top it off I don't even have a working toilet. The water line wasn't long enough so he told my dad to go buy one and put it in. My dad is 80 years old and hired them because he needed help. He just payed it and it's a shame they took advantage of someone older.

He installed a water filter, a faucet, and even went above and beyond to ensure my dishwasher line was working correctly when we mentioned it was giving us trouble. As a Baton Rouge area local, he seems to really value high quality work and checked multiple times to make sure nothing leaked, including sticking around for the dishwasher to drain to make sure that was good too!
