We were In and out in about one hour as the tech could not locate any issues. We received an invoice for $467.88. The details of the invoice were as follows: 1. Ran pre-trip and unit passed. 2. Watched unit for a while and checked cooling system data. 3. Unit runs and cools fine. 4. Assigned two technicians to the job. I spoke with Sean the service manager. Todd advises this work took about three hours. Upon disputing the invoice, Todd threatened to put a mechanics lien on our equipment. It is a shame how folks will try and take advantage of us O/O. I can not recommend this business. The service invoice is attached.

We had to order and wait several weeks, but the process was pretty streamlined. When we went to pick it up, financing was simple. We've had our camper 4 years this May 2025, and it's been great. We have a lifetime warranty if we keep up yearly inspections at Wheels, so we go once a year in April and pay the $200 for inspection. Unfortunately, nothing that we've had to repair has ever been covered by the warranty, so I think it's probably a gimmick to get us to keep up yearly inspections. But at least we know what condition our camper is in. We may decide the yearly inspections aren't worth it soon. But wheels is usually very nice and accommodating when we schedule. If you're in the market for a camper, we did have a good experience at Wheels RV. And we love NW Arkansas.

I popped open the door to find roaches everywhere. I mean, everywhere. Inside, in everything, outside in all of the 2nd floor hallways, in empty units that weren't locked; everywhere. Everything was clean just days before! They gave us a tarp to cover our unit, we bombed, they sprayed, a whopping four died near the door, and I still lost more than half of everything we owned because no way could we move infested stuff into our RV. TVs, an $800 camera, tons of clothes, homeschool supplies, etc. It was devastating. I get it can happen and they can't control everything but I couldn't just not say something. Beware I guess. At least the refunded our rent :( Three stars for effort and because they were clean at one point. But still only three because...wow, that's a serious infestation.

We were told by Josh Talburt the owner of Pud's Paint/Fab & Collision the car would be ready on Wednesday 2/15/23. I called Wednesday and was told it would be ready until Friday. When my wife and I went to pick up the car on Friday the car was covered in dust with the keys on the roof parked outside. The interior of the car was filthy with stains on the front seats. The Drivers door where the dent was looked like someone painted with a spray can. We told Josh that this was unacceptable. He said he would "Buff it out". He did. When the car was retuned to us later on Friday there was a dent that was not there Friday morning. Josh told us to bring it back and he could "PDR" the dent. I told Josh Talburt this is not where I will do business ever in the future. I have several cars that I wanted to give to him for restoration. I suggest anyone reading this to think twice before taking any vehicle to this business! I spent all day Saturday 2/18/23 cleaning up the mess that "PUD'S Paint Fab & Collision left for me. The remedy that Josh Talburt gave me was he charged me $500 instead of the agreed estimate of $750 to $800. Trust me I would rather of paid the $800 to have my car done right. This is no way to run a business. Josh Talburt's exscuses were everything from supply chain issues to "I had an emergency road service. The last exscuse on Friday was one of his workers Uncles I believe had a heart attack! Again do yourself a favor do not use this business!

Our 2019 Yukon Denali was involved in an accident a couple months ago. Took it to Pud's for the…read morerepair work. They had to replace the bumper and do a paint match. The work was excellent. Last Friday we had a deer jump in front of our 2016 Chevy 2500. We have significant damage to the front bumper, air dam and grill. Without hesitation this morning we took this one to Pud's also. He will be able to have all repairs done next week and will help us deal with insurance to file the necessary claim documents. Josh and his crew are great to work with. We highly recommend this shop for your automotive paint and repair needs!
