Located right at the popular street "KuDamm", so perfect for an after shopping work out…read more I love the panorama view over the street, so you have a pleasant view, when you are sweating on the steppers. The price of around 20 Euros/month is more than fair, especially when you have many sport course (spinning, six pack...etc), and the weight training area offers more options and variations to satisfy even the Arnold Schwarzeneger amongst us. A minus is the lack of trainers, and sauna etc...but hey...for the price you cannot complain.

After experiencing Superfit more, I unfortunately have to lower my review…read more First off, in the just over 1.5 years that I've been a member here, I've needed to replace my water bottle three times now because it was broken. Of course stupidly, you're only allowed to use the poorly designed superfit bottles, so you have to pay for a new one if yours breaks. At this point, I just don't even bring my water bottle most of the time because it's so fragile, it's not even worth dealing with it. The free weights section is not great. The barbell selection is really bad -- there are not enough barbells, nor enough weights to put on them. On top of that, many pieces of (what i consider to be) basic equipment are not available, such as resistance bands or medicine balls. I get that this isn't the most luxurious gym ever, but it would be nice to have a little variety since the free weight section is so lacking. Bonus: their iPhone app sucks. It has been broken for months and they have yet to fix it, even after i wrote in a few months back to tell them about it and they acknowledged that they were aware of the problem. For some people this obviously doesn't matter, but for me it does. When all is said and done, the price here is amazing, but I don't plan on renewing my contract for next year...

Until March I paid every single month despite the clubs being closed because they claim "that´s the law" and since I´m not german I kind of have to accept it. Now in June I´m being charged again, even though I have a confirmation that everything was cancelled in March. I wrote multiple times to the customer service but the only thing I get is a pre-made texts and a lot of bs not related to my situation. I dont recomend this scam to anybody but if you dont speak native german, this place is not for you because they will trap you in the exist.

I loved the place so much that signed up 6 month contract. Shortly after, my stay in Germany was cut short and I couldn't attend. Noexcuses reps were very nice and understood my situation and cancelled the contract. As I learnt from them - be careful what you are signing and committing to a long term membership, especially if your visa in the country is temporary. I was lucky that noexcuses understood my situation. Because of their professionalism and awesome workouts, I highly recommend this place. Veronica
