We were hauling our 44ft toy hauler with our GMC one ton when we sheared off not one, not two lug nuts and bolts but 4. So a flatbead AND another wrecker came to assist us. They were quick to get to us. They knew we were in an unsafe location for us and traffic. They got us loaded and hooked up easily and safely. Well as luck runs the next vehicle to go down was one of their trucks. The one with our rig threw a rod. Our rig bares the evidence of the hydraulic fluid. Well they got us to safety and grabbed their big boy wrecker to tow the other wrecker AND our rig. They have graciously let us live in our rig (offered full hook ups) till the truck is ready plus they will clean the rig. The office staff is dynomite as are all the drivers and the owner. He screamed at me (19 year old girl, college student) due to me being quoted $250 MAX for the pick up of the vehicle by his employee when I questioned why the price was $585. I then get yelled at being called a liar, and also got yelled at for "calling his employee a liar." My 20yr old female friend was also screamed at to the point she was crying in the office. He decides to even it out with $350, after claiming it was impounded, yelling at me, calling me a liar, and "making his time wasted.". The other employees in the office were amazing, helpful, and explained the situation while their boss was screaming at a teenager. Afterwards we had left the office to go retrieve the car. While switching vehicles we see said man, owner, manager person, leave the office and start walking towards us which is across the street. At this point we're are scared and trying to leave as soon as possible because we felt unsafe and scared of this man. He was almost at the car's window by the time she was able to drive out before he approach us.
