Unbelievably bad service, and not even that cheap compared to most of their competitors these days…read more Our case was handed around between different solicitors, even offices, and we had no idea who we were supposed to be contacting at any time. They didn't chase up interest in our property, they took a long time to respond to contact, and the conveyancing lawyers that they seem to use (McVey & Murricane) were an absolute joke - patronising, rude, slow to reply, and generally a nightmare to deal with. If I was doing it all over again I'd go with with a much smaller agents and get someone I actually trusted rather than this joke of a company.

In fact, some of the larger town centre companies were looking for four times the fee we paid here. You don't get the giant fancy offices and leather chairs, but I don't want to pay for my solicitors ego, I want to pay for a good service and you certainly find that here. They also take part in Will Aid http://www.willaid.org/ where the wills are created for free and you are asked instead to donate the money to charity - we didn't know about this when we had ours created but its a worthy cause worth considering and shows the genourous nature of the firm.
