I usually wind up going to some other random nurse or doctor whenever I need to go. It feels like they have a high turn over and I've never seen the same nurse or doctor twice and I used to get sick a lot as a kid. I asked them to write down that I go by Mason ten years ago and they still never use my name. This place used to be great, but it sucks now. It's only getting three stars because of Dr. Peng, he's a super nice guy.

When I visited them last winter, I was sick as a dog and had my formal negative Covid test results with me. Standing in front of the door, I called the number on door and got NO answer while looking at the person at the reception desk who ignore both my waving and the phone ringing. Next, I knocked on the door pointing to my phone. Finally, she answered my call and told me I need to let them Covid test me onsite, and only for CASH $70.+ I believe. Next, I called the Clinton office to see if this was a company-wide policy. The Clinton Doctor Is In was very helpful and deserves 5 stars. That office did not require that they perform their own Covid test for me to be seen. The Flemington branch my opinion Covid SCAM. Steer clear. Read comments from the many other one star ratings which describe equally frustrating experiences with this Flemington Doctor Is In such as, David R. 8/11 "This isn't medical care. In fact, it's the opposite. Dr. Klein put profits over his long-time patient's safety. We'll never forgive him for this cruel act. We're just grateful that we found an outstanding new doctor." I expect each "The Doctor Is In" has its own policies and rules. The above negative comments only apply to the Flemington Doctor Is In. Long wait times in the waiting and exam rooms. The excuse always the same "we only have a few drs in today." For a practice with 8 drs, you'd think they'd be more on top of this. Also, when you call with a medical question, you will NEVER get to speak with a person right away. I have always had to leave a message and they call you back within a day or so. Sometimes needing to leave multiple messages and play phone tag until the question is properly addressed. The reason I ultimately left was poor communication of my medical information. I was called with medical results and the nurse mis-read what the doctor wrote and gave me wrong information. If it wasn't for the fact that I am proactive in reading my own results and blood work, I might not have received the proper care for myself and my child.
