I, unfortunately, have decided to go with another practice due to the logistics and admin nightmare. I would have totally stayed otherwise. It's absolutely impossible to get a hold of your doctors office - hands down the most inefficient system I have ever experienced - every call is directed to a call center and it typically takes 5-10 mins to get connected just so you can tell someone to ask the doctors office to call you back. Recently, I tried to cancel my appointment twice 3 weeks prior and still got a text saying I am scheduled for the appointment. Asked to update my phone number at least five times but they were still calling my husbands number. If it takes so much work just to cancel an appointment/ update a phone number - I absolutely cannot imagine depending on this practice for anything more important, ie my health. I hope the group can do something about this - you have good doctors, just a terrible system.

It's been easy to schedule an appointment and/or go into the office for urgent care. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. I don't think I've ever waited more than 5 minutes to be seen (they must schedule really well). The doctors are very thorough, friendly, knowledgeable and with good follow through. One of most wonderful things about the practice is that they listen to you....no turning their back to you while they use the computer or anxious to move on to another patient. They address you by name and ask about things we've talked about in the past. I've been cared by them for little issues as well as suggesting/follow up surgeries and other more involved procedures. Chris, their Medical Technician, is the best. When taking blood, you can't even feel the needle and he always gets it the first time. He is very personable and makes giving blood a breeze! I can't speak more highly about this practice.

He asked that they refill it and the first receptionist said she'd put him on hold and promptly hung up on him. This never happened, yet this "person" insisted that it had, taking a rude and condescending tone. I can't believe these people are allowed to practice medicine, it seems like it's a scam. They're willing to let a patient go without an emergency inhaler and then say he's a liar. I wonder how many patients become seriously ill or die from their negligence.
