Unbelievably Slow Service I stopped at the McDonald's in Zillah, WA, expecting a quick breakfast on the go. Instead, I ended up waiting 30 minutes just for a breakfast sandwich. Absolutely unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. There was no explanation, no apology--just an insanely long wait for something that should take a couple minutes. If you're in a hurry or just value your time, I'd recommend skipping this location entirely. read more

The most emmaculate McDonals i've ever stopped at. We stopped here on the way to and from Seattle. Great both ways. Easy to find. Clean establishment. The bathrooms are private stalls and are always clean. I love that they have the order kiosks as well. Really a 10/10 read more

I have ordered from this location about 4 different times. They are hit and miss. My most recent order I ordered a large fry and they gave me a small and stale. I ordered a 10 piece chicken nuggets and they were old, shriveled, and dried out. Also, they were out of pies. read more

After placing order for 2 hot fudge sundaes and paying for them, we pull up to pick up window to see our order sitting on the counter, put we were asked to pull around to space 1 to wait for our to be prepared. We ordered and paid for extra hot fudge and whip cream, but there was a small amount of hot fudge dribbled on the top. When I questioned if that was extra the server got a little defensive and we decided to just leave. This was a complete waste of time and money to order with extra anything. Went in the morning time and walked in the front door. We were standing behind a man but couldn't tell if he had already been helped or not. Finally one of the other workers asked another worker who said he was helping him. We continued to wait and do I scanned the back and seen what appeared to be two managers and two workers trying to look busy but not really help. We were the only ones there at that time. Stopped here on a road trip. This is the cleanest McDonald's I've ever visited. The play area didn't smell like anything--amazing!). The bathrooms were very clean and modern; the faucets were real, not those push-for-water things. Food was good. And the staff was very nice and said "thank you for your business". read more

The food tastes disgusting. The fries would taste like vomit, and the nuggets would taste like paper. I'd always get an upset stomach after being there. The only thing over there that's good anymore is their sweet treats, and even there, they aren't too favorable. The managers don't pick their staff very wisely either. Most of those people are passive aggressive, and their fake side always comes out. Whenever there's a holdup and we confront it, the person that's there can be such a snob. Besides, it shouldn't just attract the kids--it should attract the whole family. read more

I literally order a crispy chicken sandwich, and I customized it where I have only the chicken, add 3 bacon, 1 ketchup packet, artisan cheese. The fries and cheeseburger we ordered were good. I like how the artwork on the wall is locally inspired- the historic Zillah teapot is abstractly painted on one wall, and what looks like might be employees are abstractly painted in the kids play area- very fun. They accepted my coupon, which I appreciate. An employee started sweeping since it wasn't busy. The restrooms were relatively clean. I don't think those Dyson hand blade dryers can keep up with such frequent use that is found at McDonald's... Water was dripping unto the floor....I also don't care much for this new trend of tv menu boards that rotate through the options. read more

I wish there was an option for no stars. Bathroom was dirty. No toilet paper in dispenser. I order on the machines and wait over 10 minutes for chicken strips and a shake. Everybody else is getting their order but me. When I finally ask where my order is..... I get an oooh with a dumbfounded look on her face. One star is too much for this place. Poorly managed. Consistently long waits and mixed up orders. If all McDonald's were like this they'd be out of business. If using drive through its a coin toss whether your bag will have everything you ordered. Recent visit had a 17 minute wait in drive through and not even an apology from the teenager bringing the food out. read more

If you are really tired driving this is a great place to stop because after you wait in line for 10 minutes and receive your coffee you will only notice it is cold on the freeway on-ramp and you will be very angry and thus you won't be very tired any more. read more

McDonald's is McDonald's, the food doesn't change from location to location. You know exactly what you're getting. This location however is low on the customer service front. Not very happy to be serving you, I mean come on at least fake it if you work in customer service. Once when getting an iced coffee the staff were arguing loudly (manager included). It was awkward. The main manager of this establish downplays any and all Covid claims. Any reports from employees are immediately debated and downplayed as if people want to falsify their Covid claims (which some people may do that but the risk VS reward is still to high to make people come in if they claim they've been exposed to a DEADLY VIRUS. They are expected to report for their shift and continue working among co-workers and drive-thru customers risking exposure. It is a risk to customers, it is a risk to employees and it's a risk to you if you decided to visit this establishment. Personally I will be taking my money elsewhere until I know this issue has been taken care of (as you should too) it is sad to see a restaurant that once seemed to care about people, have done away with any regard for human life. Worst McDonald I've ever been to. Everyone there seemed zoned out. Working so slow it was painful to watch. I waited for ever for one milkshake when there was only 1 over before mine. The milkshake was super sweet and melted. How do you mess up a milkshake? !! So glad I never have to go there again. read more
