My family and I only use the drive through because we take our orders home to eat. So I can't say anything about how things are inside. For us, we mostly always check our bags to see if they included everything. Sometimes they forget to give us part of our order. That is really the only negative thing about this McDonald's. There can be long lines. I haven't made a point to remember the busiest times but that is something someone might want to know. I also think the staff can be nice and friendly when they have time. It seems like they quickly give you your order and begin working on the next one when they're really busy. I don't really mind though. It's just an observation. It isn't great but it isn't all that bad (when it comes to the drive though). read more

Just to be clear, I didn't eat here but stopped off to use the facilities. In my experience, while on road trips, that is one of the few things that McDonalds is good for: it is good for its bathrooms. So, the City of Toppenish is known for its murals. There are approximately 70 murals in this little city of 9000 people. There is a mural inside of the McDonalds. What sort of story is the mural telling us? How the friendly Ronald McDonald came out west and introduced healthy McDonald's food to the little Indian children and now they are all living within their target BMI range thanks to their McDonald's diet? I have to rock the boat and give this McDonald's 4 stars while it's only trending two. I retired to Toppenish from Western Washington and this McDonald's puts out a far better product than what I'm used to. All I usually get is a Sausage McMuffin with Egg, or a couple of cheeseburgers, but it's not like half the cheese slice is outside the bun, which I'm used to. Nor do I have to put together their breakfast sandwiches because the person who threw it together was planning to be the next Felix Hernandez. Oh! and even the quality and tastes of the Sausage McMuffins with Egg and the cheeseburgers are far better than what I got west of the mountains. One star because I stopped by this locations and was refused free water. I was told I needed to pay for water. Why would you charge for tap water? Apparently even if I bring my own water bottle I need to pay for water. I feel like this should be a part of human decency. Probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life. Didn't go inside, but had to sit and wait in the drive thru for over 20 minutes just for four sandwiches and drinks. To start, the girl working the window overfilled the drinks and instead of dumping some of the excess soda back out, she slapped lids on them anyway and shoved the tray at me, spilling soda all over me and the inside of my truck in the process. When I pointed out to her that the cups were literally leaking everywhere, she just handed me a few flimsy napkins and didn't even apologize. The food was some of the worst I've ever received from a fast food joint, anywhere. Despite the fact that they had only just started serving lunch maybe thirty minutes prior, my burger was cold, and the bun was dry and rock hard. I ordered two cones for my two younger brothers, and an Oreo McFlurry for myself. I was just a tiny bit concerned when it wasn't served to us almost right away, but after thirty minutes, I got so fed up that I marched to the manager and told her about that nonsense. I tried so hard not to lose my temper in front of everyone, but it doesn't and shouldn't take thirty minutes to make two ice cream cones and a McFlurry. The manager asked me what I ordered, and I waved my hands around in frustration and yelled, "TWO CONES AND A MCFLURRY!!!" The employee who took my order told the manager that the order was taken, it just wasn't served. I got my money back, along with the ice cream and the McFlurry. That employee knew that I was one of the outcasts (because she goes to school with me), so I'm sure she thought she was going to get free money out of me and get away with not serving me. NO ONE should have to wait that long for THREE SWEET TREATS. I hope she got fired (or at least yelled at), but I won't be so surprised if she doesn't. I have finally decided to do a review of a very poor McDonald's that makes the company look bad. I have lived in the area for decades and this location has gone down hill since 2005 the food is less and less tasty. They messed up my order 98% of the time I have dined here, I asked for no lettuces on my Big Mac and there was no cheese and more lettuce than anything, the fries are always soggy and cold sometimes, they flip me shit if I ask for crispy fries like they aren't paid to cook food last month there was a girl on her cell phone while I was trying to pay talking to someone and messed up my change on two McChickens gave her a ten and got a 1.50 back didn't believe me so called the supervisor and she said just give him the change and didn't even care about the phone and last July I ordered $70 bucks worth of food for friends and I gave him a 100 and he gave me 75 in change I tried to correct him and he just looked at me like I was wrong. The bathrooms are always unclean and low on toiletries, there were some tables that had food on them that looked really old it goes on and on just go to another McDonald's you will save yourself some grief read more
