The service is absolutely trash. They took at least 20 minutes to come and take my order. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Stay Away! This is a super slow, super shady McDonalds. They park every car that goes in the drive through to make the line look short, then they are backordered and mess orders up. They ignore in person orders. My last ordeal with them was a 30 minutes wait with our receiving my order, and then getting yelled at by the manager when I tried to get it fixed. read more

I decided Mcdonalds was the move for lunch, made my order waited 20 mins and it was a double quarterpounder with cheese combo, asked for no pickles and got it with pickles. I picked them off because it wasnt a huge deal but I bit into noticed there was something in my sandwhich which you can see in the photo i provided. I put my order in thru the mobile app. I waited over 15 minutes. I received notification my order was completed. I didnt not have my order in hand. I had to walk into the store and my order was sitting on a tray while the manger was yelling at employees to get these orders out. I spoke with the cashier. She retrieved my order from the tray. After waiting in line behind customers that were ordering their food. I get to my car and my order (the burger itself) was completely thrown together quickly and unable to eat. I had to throw away the burger as it was messy and not put together how it should have been. Overall my experience wasnt enjoyable as your mobile receipt states. (I hope you enjoy your food as much as we enjoyed preparing it.) I will never go to this location again. Truly sad. read more

Worse than worse. I get that fast food is not luxurious or an out of world experience. But McDonalds is universal and this location the worst one in terms of service. Came in on a Wednesday evening to an almost empty lobby, and ordered through the kiosk because no one was at the register. We ordered and waited 30 minutes. People who came in and ordered after us already received their food. Eventually the food came. We ordered a happy meal but did not receive the toy advertised in the display, we then had to remind them about our drinks which weren't brought up, we saw that they didn't fulfill our request for extra ketchup and pickles, AND they forgot our apple pies. When we went to ask they said they ran out of pies. So they just didn't give us any or tell us.... As stated, McDonalds aren't 5 star service. But they're usually fine. This McDonald's location is alright. A lot has changed from the look of the restaurant itself, to the quality of the burger has gone downhill, and to the service as well is subpar at a minimum not like it used to be. The whole US McDonalds Corporate needs to learn from Japan. Food presentation needs to match taste quality as well. Pros: -Best McFries and Ice Cream Sundae and McFlurries Cons: -I don't know even know where to begin. The list is endless. -dollar menu is minimal now compared to the past pre-COVID Mar 2020 and so are the drink sizes has reduced dramatically. Stingy much!!!!!! -The burger taste quality could be better. Management needs to answer this question, are all burgers microwaved? Cuz mine was definitely served undercooked-half frozen and meat was very questionable, and the buns just didn't set right. Lettuce was alright to hid all the imperfections of the quality of the burger. -STOP promoting about the usage of the app. Cut to the chase and let people order, and they'll tell you if they ordered from the app or not. This location is often not clean & has the most flies buzzing around. We have gone in twice this week. First time we got milk that had been expired for 4 days & was sour. Second time we got a box of sloppy cheese sauce instead of chicken nuggets. Both times we stood there for for a few minutes before the staff acknowledged us. Both times the frappe machine is down for cleaning but around dinner time? Both times fries were dumped upside down in the bag? Looks very disorganized compared with other locations. HORRIBLE doesn't begin to describe this McDonald'. Drive through is ridiculously slow on a regular basis, but today was unbelievable. We were stuck in this drive through for 40 minute!!! 40 f'ing minutes. One car blocking the whole drive through for all this time. Where is the manager and why was this allowed??? Why wasn't the customer made to go wait on the side? When we finally did get to the window to get our food, it was cold!!! Don't go to this McDonald's ever!!! The manager that allowed the drive through to back up for 40 minutes should be fired immediately. The owners of this McDonald's need to pay attention to what is going on in this store. There is absolutely no reason for the drive through to be as slow as it usually, but today waiting for 40 minutes is totally unacceptable!! Went to this establishment at 515. Ordered our food for table service and we had to pick it up from counter cuz they were too lazy to bring it out. When we walked in the restaurant was trashed. Garbage overflowing, trash thrown all over floor, tables dirty as hell, chocolate smeared all over tables, floors dirty to the point where you can see everyones shoe prints. Spoke with the manager on duty and he apologized for the way the store looked and said that they would get to cleaning it like it never happened. We left the establishment at 630 and the broom never left the front counter. The only thing that happened was the trash was dumped but there was still trash all over the floor and the tables were never even cleaned. The employees were too busy hanging out in the back ignoring customers needs. We frequent this establishment due to the play place for our young children and we have NEVER seen the restaurant look as it did tonight. There is no excuse for the place to look like a bomb went off. And the manager didnt care and did absolutely nothing to take care of it. read more

The drive thru needs some serious work. You make an order and pay then sit there waiting. They make you pull up for fries and then after a good 15 min wait for just a simple order, they still somehow mess up on order. I've seen plenty of other customers get upset waiting on side for there food. I rather go to another McDonald's then wait for "fast food" that takes 20-25 min as if we are dining. I don't recommend them until they step up there game and become quicker and not make such mistakes on small orders. read more

I announced to the trainee and the manager yesterday that I would never step into that location ever again. After paying for a filet o fish I say on their running ad that you can get a 2nd one for $1. They said no because I had not ordered it at same time. Really, it had been 15 seconds since they took my money and there was no one inside so it's not like it was going to start a stampede. I wish I could give it zero stars....I very rarely go to fast food restaurants and now I remember why-this was a horrid place most of the staff is rude-they overcharged me you when I asked them to refund the amount I was overcharged and showed the manager proof in writing compared to my receipt that they overcharged the manager just wanted to argue and would not give the overcharged money back! I was so frustrated but didn't want to cause a scene so I turned around and left with my egg and cheese biscuit only to get down the road and find out that the biscuit was as hard as a rock and the bacon(I asked for it on the side) was burned almost black!!! Definitely the worse McDonalds i have ever been to. Sat in line for over 15 minutes before someone would take my order. I had to get their attention in order to be able to order after seeing 3 cars order and go ahead of me in the other lane. Finally got to order, and to no surprise their shake machine was down so no shamrock shake for us. Got to order, pay and grab our food. Got home to see that we didnt get the apple slices for the kids meal nor the sauce we paid for either. To top it off, the fries tasted like a day old and i only got a dot of spicy sauce on my chicken sandwich. All in all, horrible job for fast food. This is the best McDonald's in town. Not only does it have the awesome playground, but the people are usually friendly and my order is almost always right. I could deduct a star for the fact that it gets crowded and that the playground can get crazy, but that's not really their fault, it's just a consequence of having the best indoor playground around and being in a busy shopping area. First off, it's fast food. So I feel grading upon the same scale as a high level restaurant seems wrong. However, compared to other mcdonalds, the burgers I had were VERY greasy. However I don't blame them, for it was their first lunch order of the day. The thing I loved here is how happy the workers were to serve me. Everyone was friendly, and very helpful with everything.
