I had a cheeseburger with skin-on fries and they were both great and freshly cooked too! We did have to wait a while to get our food but it was well worth the wait. I was almost defeated by my gigantic burger! I wanted a salted caramel milkshake but I forgot that they had milkshakes. Silly me. The toilets were very clean but had one of those hand dryers that keeps turning on and off randomly, so that was annoying and I ended up having to use the toilet roll to dry my hands. It's also very good value, with that burger priced at £5 and chilli cheese fries and trailer trash fries, meals in themselves, at £4. They also do wings which I shall go back to try. The trailer trash fries involve pulled pork and are really delicious - that's about as good as pulled pork as I've had in Manchester, I think better than Red's or Cocka Doodle Moo down the road in Hazel Grove. My burger involved some good quality bacon, a fried patty of mac and cheese. I would have liked some ketchup but couldn't see it around and feared insulting the staff by adding to their masterpiece! The burger meat isn't quite as good as Filthy Cow, but good nonetheless. Some of the other creations get pretty wild Almost Famous-style, including a donut burger (or is that Solita?). I really liked the set up of the restaurant which had red booths, country music playing and drinks served in plastic red cups. As is obvious from the review it takes a lot of the best of the other burger restaurants in Greater Manchester and puts them together in a winning combo. So one night after enjoying a little merriment at a few of the local pubs I was walking back to my room and decided I needed a late night snack. I stopped into Dominic's for an order of kebabs to take back to my room. When I was given the box I noticed it was very heavy but didn't open it. When I got back to the room and opened my kebabs the box was overflowing with steak and chick kebabs. They were super delicious, but more than a horse could muster to eat, so I set over half aside for a later time; but they were super good.
