The food is adequate, but the customer service is nearly non-existent. I get grunts or silence from the service staff. They ask you if you want the receipt, you say "yes", and they simply walk away. This is my local Mickey D's, and like the other reviews state, the drive thru here is kinda super whack. I almost exclusively use the mobile app to just get my daughter her "old mcdonalds french fries," and literally almost every single time, I just park and walk inside, because the drive through is ALWAYS wrapped around the building. If I DO use the drivethru, I ALWAYS get my receipt, because they have gotten my order confused almost every time I've done the drive through. (another reason I stopped.) I was there the other day, but had my daughter in the car, and the drive thru was about literally 20-25 cars deep. (They do this thing where they make cars from the drive thru pull up and park to get their food, since it's never ready by the time they get to the window.) I decided to do curb side, since I didn't want to take the baby out of the car seat to go inside, but NONE of the carside parking spots had numbers on it. I had to just put #1, and watch as the poor employees ran up to every car looking for who this order belonged to. In short, this MdDonalds can definitely use some leadership/management. I've seen a former employees mother cuss out the manager on duty while waiting inside one day. Still, this mcdonalds looks to be the cleaner of the few in the area; the one on Delsea is grimey inside, and the fries haven't disappointed my daughter yet. Meh. read more

I don't ever have high expectations when I go to McDonald's. I only go for the fries and food for my daughter. The service is always horrible. This one is no different. I specially asked for fresh fries. Of course I didn't get anywhere near fresh fries and the drive thru person was real slick in sliding me cold fries and shutting the window quickly. When I got her attention and told her my fries were nasty cold. She told me to pull over to get fresh fries. I did and waited so long I had to go in the restaurant to get my fries. My daughter's meal was supposed to have extra fries it didn't and there was no toy in her happy meal. To quote My daughter "I am very disappointed ". Nobody was in line when I pulled up to the drive through. I get to the window and I'm told to pull up to the waiting window which is accessed through the waiting room. I only ordered a double cheeseburger and fries. No drink. The car behind me gets their food and pulls away eating their fries. I waited another 5 minutes and watched a kid walk slowly to the window. Handed me my food and walked away without a word. Chick-fil-A has a customer service course that they send their employees to. You should try it. read more

we frequently come to this McDonald's with our grandchildren. they like the play area as well as the food. It's obvious they don't have enough workers. the Dining area is not cleaned regularly. the area under and around the playground is sometimes filthy. the other day we used the drive through to order the advertised buy one sandwich get in for a $1.00. the server told us he didn't know how to do that. apparently someone he asked also couldn't figure it out either. sounds like a bait and switch tactic to me. read more

I'm just confused on why they make every car pull up for there food just to sit and wait. This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant especially in the drive thru however every car has to sit and wait anywhere from 10-30 mins for a simple order like nuggets and fries. Why do I crave the breakfast sandwiches from this particular location only? Dunno, but they are delicious and hot every time. Plus their drive-thru opens before the crack of dawn (5 am) This is useful b/c who wants to cook breakfast when you're up that early. Anyway, I can only really review the breakfast items since I'm definitely not brave enough to eat their burgers. The location is very convenient on Rt 45. There is a indoor play area for the kids that is probably a petri dish of various childhood afflictions, but good for a bribe on a rainy day. Disinfect yourselves well when leaving is all! If you are looking for a fast food night or need to make a quick stop to pick up food- DO NOT go to this location, especially the drive thru. If so, be prepared to wait 30 minutes or more. And its baffling because when you pull up, there are more than enough workers so it makes you wonder how the place is utilizing their time. Definitely NOT moving with a sense of urgency. Then, there's nothing like waiting all that time, just to get the wrong order or food that's practically inedible. McDonald's in Woodbury Heights NJ is the worse location. Without fail something is forgotten in an order. Grub hub missing items that I PAID FOR. Drive thru missing items. Just went around 930pm and to my delight there was no one in line. Placed my order CLEARLY and the young lady still said and number 6 and what? Number 6, medium, with a coke, bbq sauce. Paid. I see a car pulled up a bit. Get to next window and I'm asked to pull to the side. Why? For nuggets and fries. Sitting there for 10 minutes and the car before me gets their food. No others cars have come since me. 15 min I get my nuggets and fries. Get home and no bbq sauce. I'm so over waiting on food and these people cannot even go the receipt to make sure everything on that paper is inside the bag. No one has any desire to go above and beyond and do a great job. I'm. This mcdonald's is specifically terrible, they always make mistakes with orders and refuse to serve ice cream late at night out of laziness. They shut down their ice cream machine way before closing just so that when their shift is over they can leave immediately. They should be required to keep their ice cream machine operational as long as the store is open. Perhaps their store policy says otherwise or maybe they are just being lazy, who knows. read more

This place has to have "stupid" as a prerequisite for employment. I've ordered the same breakfast from here 5 times. A number 10 (steak egg and cheese), substitute bagel for muffin. Fairly simple, no? EVERY SINGLE TIME, not only is my order incorrect, the people argue about the way I'm ordering it. They say "we have a McMuffin with steak". After I tell them the difference between the two items...the kind of egg and sauce (which they should already know about their place of employment), they STILL give me the opposite of what I'm asking for.
