My nephew was just dismissed from this location after a customer touched him inappropriately a few days ago. He voiced his objection to such contact, but the customer later complained, and his employment was terminated. Management doesn't seem to support staff in such instances. I always get this nasty blonde girl helping me out here.. Please don't work retail if you can't even attempt to fake a smile.. She literally drops the bag on the counter and runs away into the back every single time without even looking me in the eye. The older lady at the counter seems to be apologetic about the blonde's actions and actually cares about customer service, I've never had a terrible time with her. ( That's why it's a two star review. ) Fries are usually cold by the end of my 10 minute walk home, unsurprisingly.. This place was remodeled not too long ago. The inside looks very refreshed an different with an obvious heavy focus on self server and mobile orders. Food was pretty standard not great. I was really shocked that the the bathroom are lock by electronic locks. There's signs saying go see staff for access however I was then ignored by several staff me who would look right at me before carrying on. Waiving and saying excuse me didn't get anyone's attention. I had to get very direct as they were bringing out food for another order to finally get acknowledged and then you have to prove your order or show a receipt for them to buzz you into the bathroom. That's ridiculous it's a bathroom not your supply room. They don't even have paper towels in there so what are they protecting. Toilet paper is the only thing you could take. I don't get it but if you do feel the need to lock bathrooms at least be responsive and not rude when a customer dare ask to use it. read more

But kicker was when they handed me my iced coffee drink they apologized for it being only half full because they said that was the last of the coffee. Even though it was dinner time. I don't eat at McDonald's but my nephew wanted chicken nuggets so I came. I ordered a happy meal and asked for a boys toy. Received the bag asked if they had put BBQ sauce the lady with an attitude told me yes. I checked the bag and there was none I asked for one and she basically tossed it to me. I rarely eat McDonald's and I mean rarely, the recent visit to this franchise more then confirms my reasoning. I am not sure but for some reason I was craving a double quarter pounder with cheese, after debating how I wanted this food that I did not need it, I caved to my craving and went to get one. Neither the drive thru nor inside was busy by any means. I was provided with my order in a timely manner, yet when I got home, and attempted to eat the burger, the only word that could come to mind was..disgusting! The burgers were as dry as a new sponge, so dry I could not even swallow a bite without drinking a glass of water. If I could give a minus I would! The service here is lousy!! The employees are lazy and rude. The tables are always dirty. I have complained online and still nothing gets done. They get our order wrong all the time. The one day we were there the tables were dirty and the manager guy told two of the cashiers to go out and wipes tables and they both just looked at each other like I'm not doing that and neither one did it the whole time we were there.
