I despise going here, but it's the closest to me and my kids like going here. The store is ran by a bunch of immigrants that speak absolutely no english, or the most rudest female workers ever. Every time I go there, they mess up something with the order EVERY SINGLE TIME. It's not a complicated order at all, a 3 year old could make it. The wait at the window for the food is always way longer than it needs to be. I shouldn't be sitting at a drive thru window for one meal for over 5 minutes! The manager there is absolutely clueless as to how the restaurant is ran when she is not around. Worst service EVER!!! I used the app IN their parking lot and ordered 2 McGriddles at 9:35. I then sat in line until about 9:45 and they sent me to the parking lot to wait after trying to hand me someone else's food! He then brought out an order for the car next to me after another 10 minutes and I asked him why mine was taking so long and all he did was repeat my order, went back to the window to hand out food and look at me through the window. I ended up leaving at 10:08! I then called twice to speak to a manager and no one answered of course. Unfortunately I could not go in because I'm injured and it would have been uncomfortable. Now I have to work on getting my money back. This is my second complaint about this location and I never heard back the first time about another issue. One of the few fast food places on my way to school every day (Wendy's is diagonally situated across the intersection). Since this is "just" a McDonalds, I'll do a brief "good, bad, ugly" review. The Good: -two drive-thru lanes that are open ALL the time (please note, people) -love the current 2 for $2 breakfast deal (sausage burritos, sausage McMuffin and sausage biscuit) -food is always hot The Bad: -people often don't realize there are two drive-thru lanes and inadvertently block access to the second one -drive thru tends to get backed up in the morning -one morning, they couldn't do lattes (??????) The Ugly: -drive-thru employee often gets irritated/annoyed when you try and correct the order that's shown on the screen. Like, sorry I don't want to be charged extra when it's 2 for $2?? -like another reviewer mentions, napkins are seldom included in the bag and you won't realize it til it's too late! For a cheap breakfast, I'll deal with the annoyances. But for anything more substantial (like lunch), I'll splurge and go across the street. read more

Abner and I were on our way to a beach in the area, when Abner needed food, I needed a bathroom and McDonald's came into view. After I spent several minutes in the bathroom (clean), I came out to see Abner waiting in line. I waited with him, thinking they were making his breakfast burritos. We waited and waited. Finally, the girl who had been having a personal conversation with someone near the soda station came around, and asked Abner for his order. So, all this time Abner had been waiting and he was ignored. He was ignored by the man working the drive up window, absolutely no eye contact and the girl having the personal conversation who didn't have the sense to tend to the customers in the line. This is not the way I have ever been treated in McDonald's. When I returned home, I learned that there is some kind of Labor Day fast food worker strike, workers wanting $15.00 an hour. While I agree with fair pay for work, these two clowns (and they were adults, not teenagers) working in these McDonald's don't deserve the pay they are receiving now. If you need food or a bathroom, keep driving to the next town. By the other reviews here, I can see the poor attitudes had nothing to do with the strike today. read more

I will never go back there again! I was in line for 12 minutes with one car in front of me and another behind me. All I ordered was a breakfast sandwich and the car in front of me also had a small order. My order was egg, sausage, and cheese on a bagel. After sitting for 12 minutes in line I drove away with my sandwich, now running late, and when I opened it, it was gross! What they gave me was egg, bacon, and cheese on a bagel with a huge glob of mayonnaise. The mayonnaise was running out of the sides and hole in the bagel, they had put so much on. I threw it away and did without breakfast. The girls working there were so slow and so unfriendly and then to ruin my food. This wasn't a mistake. Bad Service. I order a bagel sandwich without egg. I saw the woman on the line making the sandwich wrong so when I got it, I check it and I was right. I told the young girl behind the counter I ordered it without egg and she promptly took it from me and gives it back to the line cook. Instead of making a new one like any good restaurant should the line cook then goes behind a corner takes the egg off, re wraps the sandwich and gives it back to me. I didn't have time to argue with them so I left. This is the height of laziness and an insult to my intelligence. Is this person too stupid to realize I can watch them the whole time? This is also dangerous. I have an allergy to eggs so I couldn't eat the sandwich. The entire staff needs to be retrained on what to do in these situations. If it were possible to give NO stars based on today's visit I'd do just that. I have to give a bit of a back story here. My son has some very serious health complications so, when things get tough, I take my 6 year old daughter out for a hashbrown and we chat about things that no 6 year old should have to understand. It's just our special time away from all the "stuff". The past 2 weeks had been pretty rough so I decided to take her over to McDonald's this morning. We did everything that we had to do and made it to the restaurant at 10:19. Perfect! We were there in time for breakfast - or so we thought. We went in and ordered an iced coffee, a chocolate milk, and 2 hashbrowns. The cashier was quite friendly - but the manager was most certainly not. She strutted her way over and said to the cashier - not me even though I was standing quite literally right in front of her - "We're outta hashbrowns." So the cashier turned to me and repeated it . I said "That's OK, we can wait while you make more." The manager again said to THE CASHIER "No. We've changed over to lunch." The cashier turns to me to repeat the statement and I cut her off by saying "I can hear her." I then say to the manager who still isn't making eye contact with me, "You changed over too early. We've been standing here talking and it STILL isn't 10:30. It's not even 10:25." She said "Well, there's no more breakfast. It's lunch now." Now my 6 year old is crying because, like I said, this is more than just a hashbrown to us. So I said "You can't make 2 more hashbrowns?" And She said "No, like I said, it's lunch and everything is changed over." So, we left. I returned home and called McDonald's. I voiced my complaint and informed them that: 1. I didn't appreciate the attitude and lack of customer service. 2. I won't be returning. and 3. I worked at McDonald's all through high school and I KNOW you don't change crap with the fry-o-lators. There's two types of holders - 1 for hashbrowns and 1 for fries. Different baskets - same oil. They could have helped us out but they chose not to and THAT is why I won't return there again regardless of how many gift cards they're sending to my house in an apology. 0 stars. Just left their drive thru today @ 10:43am which took forever but the worst part was, I ordered a breakfast meal #5 MEDIUM (which she repeated back) get to the window and they hand me a small coffee so I said this was suppose to me a medium. First time we've eaten at McDonald's in years. This evening we remembered why. The sandwich special, which was still being advertised in the store, had been discontinued. I ordered the fish sandwich, fish and/or fries for $4. Fish was cold and I was given two fish sandwiches plus the fries. I'd ordered one of each. We didn't receive a receipt so couldn't check to see if we'd been charged more that what was ordered.
