Went to this Mcdonalds to order a bottled water, burger and small fry. There were three cars in the drive thru stall. I was told it would be less than 2 minutes the fries were coming out of the fryer. I was handed a seltzer water not what I ordered. I moved to drive thru stall #2. That was at 2:12pm At 2:24pm a young kid came out and nothing he had was my order. At 2:29pm a young girl came out with chicken nuggets not my order. I stopped her showed her my receipt and waited till 2:39 to get my order. I asked where my receipt was and I was told I could wait for a reprint because she threw it away. Crazy how you cant get fast food fast anymore. No apologies given and a 27 minute wait. :( read more

Yelp, Google Maps, and McDonalds app all say this is 24/7. I put in a mobile order on the app because it says it's open and allows me to order from this location. I pull up to the order screens at 1:30 AM and they're black. I drive to the window and the lights are on but nobody is there. Great job. Ambiance? None. I ordered on the App for in store puck up. I was in a tractor trailer. I pulled over to get food, and dining room was closed. They refused to serve my food unless I drove through the drive up with a 13'6" height on my vehicle. Wouldn't even bring it to the door. Dining room closed for sewage leak. Store was quiet when we walked in; one family eating in the dining room. LOUD yelling and hollering from the kitchen; a few minutes but no one came to the front. Kept looking at us, but ignored us. Then a pretty blonde lady with two kids walked in; all of a sudden an employee trotted to the counter. While I was ordering, I noticed he just kept staring over at her until I said, "Are you alright?" He finally took our EAT-IN order for Big Mac and McChicken meals. Snapped at us to "go wait"; then he yells and snottily asks if we want our drink cups. OOOOKAY. The family orders, and eventually gets their meal. Came back three times (true) with issues. The employee comes out, yells DOUBLE BACON and puts an unmarked bag on the shelf. Went up, no one to help, ignored. Looked at the bag, no receipt or order number. Went back to sit. When he came to the counter, I rushed up with our slip and asked for our order. He YELLED at me that he called it out, reached up and took the unmarked bag (not eat-in) from the shelf and shoved it a me. I said that he yelled Double Bacon, he says that he didn't. Believe it or not, we went back and fourth SEVEN times with him getting snottier every time....Sat down, our order by now was just warm, my chicken was so tiny it was hidden in the bun with ONE pickle. The dining room had slips, soda wrappers and other trash with clumps of dirt (?) on the floor. The ladies' room had a yellow puddle in the corner and above it on the wall. Two other sets of customers walked in, waited for several minutes, seen but ignored, walked out. All during the 40 minutes we were there, the LOUD arguing and yelling ran on and on. Ordered at kiosk. Stood in line and THEN was told it didn't work and I'd have to place my order at counter. Asked why they didn't have a sign up. Asked for the SHAMROCK SHAKE. Was told they DIDNT THINK THE MACHINE WORKED. Automatic display showed a soda and fry. Said for $1.00. We ordered them and THEN we're told it was ONLY the soda for a dollar. BROKEN MACHINES, things not available, advertisements wrong and misleading. There's more, but that's enough to make me not go there again. And I work next door. read more

I was not impressed by the girl who was there this am. All lights on drive through all lit up thought they did have their heads set on so drove to the window and saw the coffee. That is all I wanted. It's McDonald's so the food is greasy and unhealthy but it's yummy! And yeah you'll get parked if ya order 5 quarter pounders but your food will come out soon. It takes time to make food. It's a restaurant. If ya went to a steak house you wouldn't complain that you were waiting three minutes for your food. These are teenagers making the food. There not pros. Terrible service. Stopped for breakfast before work and they asked me to pull over to wait for my food, after 5 minutes waiting I pulled back to the drive thru window and explained that I waited 5 minutes and I need to get to work. I ask for anything that was ready for the same price I paid and the manager gave me my money back and said sorry for the wait. ??? This Mcdonalds is hit or miss. I would say i am pleased roughly 20 percent of the time. Either i get cold food, stale bun(unless at meal times like lunch or dinner), or very slow service ( i have hed to wait in drive through for over 15 minutes at lunch time on more than one occasion). Most recently, i took my daughter for a shamrock shake, after a stressful doctors appointment, that she has been begging a week for, and they gave some lame excuse and we couldn't get one. My daughter was upset to tears.. Broke my heart! The management at the Elm Street Site is terrible. The main street mcdonalds puts this one to shame when it comes to fresh food and service. read more

I'd come back, quick service, friendly workers, and the food came out quick. Since most Mcdonalds are super slow and dirty, I gotta say I'm pleased with this one. Having worked here some years back, I usually don't eat here. The one time I did was after the big blizzard in 2013, and I was told that there were no hot beverages. They can update their look, but not their poor service. read more

I'm so happy that I went to McDonalds. It's such a welcoming, over friendly place. Once you step in it's like you walking into the embrace of Heaven's food. I love going here hanging with friends and having memories tucked inside. A lot of restaurant were also like McDonalds but it was a family and others are not like that. The waiting line was incredibly short like a two man wait. The food was brief and ready to be served. But I wished that we didn't have to get up frequently for our food. I loved the warm loving smiles brought joy to me. McDonalds was a breakfast, sandwich and pastry fast-food restaurant .My surrounding was not all the bad, but the customers could have thrown their trays and trash away, but you know what you could call one of the workers and they come clean it up. The bathroom was surprisingly not dirty. My usual order was crispy chicken sandwich a side of crunchy savory French fries and bubbling sprite soda. As the flavor of the soda trapped inside of my tongue. The menu had a certain time for breakfast and lunch/dinner area. The food has no words of describing how delicious it was and how mouth watering it was as well. The cost was very cheap like a buck or two and sometimes the cost could come up to $ 10 for 4 things you got to say that's not expensive. Basically everything was cheap and there is a drive thru. You can easily walk in and order and it's like a 3 minute wait and your food is done. I would tell myself to "If you're hungry just go to McDonalds." Also I would recommend getting the caesar salad or the 20 Piece Nuggets for $5. They are both really at low cost. My overall rating for this restaurant is 4 stars because they could at least try to keep it clean. read more

This is by far my favorite McDonalds! They are always on the ball, quick, considerate, accurate and genuinely friendly. They are very accommodating with exceptions , especially with coupons. Very kind and professional managers. When you go through the drive-through, they don't make you wait like the other one in town does. This is the worst McDonalds I have ever visited!!! The service was sliw and there were only 5 paying counter customers and 3 cars in the drive though!!!! When we finally received our burger it was not a quarter pounder BLT as ordered it was just a boring quarter pounder and no sauce!!! Disgusting no pride or love in this place!!!
