When I saw the rating, I was shocked. This is one of the best McDonald's I have ever visited. I visit daily, especially in the morning, and the people are extremely nice and responsive. I actually know people by name at the drive through window. It's always clean and the order is usually right. No McDonald's is perfect, but this one is as close as it gets. read more

Today, 10/11/2025, morning shift. I was very impressed with the lady manager. It was too busy to get her name or to interrupt with commendation. Sat waiting in the drive thru for approximately 10 minutes for a worker to take our order after being told they'll be right with us. Other cars came and left due to the astronomical wait they endured. I'm the type of person to give them the benefit of the doubt so we stuck it out. We had to ask if they were ready a few times. Finally she took our order. We pulled up the window and the lady was straight up "smokin' and joking." She was talking to the (working) guy while vaping and did not come to take our payment; instead, she walked away to look at her phone. The guy finally came over and was relatively helpful in taking payment and giving our requested sauces. We get our order, it is all correct. Only down side is that the fries legit tasted like they were day-old fries- stale, unsalted, flavorless. Probably will not return to this particular McDonalds and just opt for other McDonalds or establishments nearby. Visited Sept. 05 at approximately 7:45pm. This used to be a semi-decent place, but in the past 6 months it has gone way down. Too many times using the app, I have had to go back and go inside due to wrong orders. Earliert his week I had used the app to order 2 Big Mac's because MANY tims in the past I ordered without Big Mac bun (the middle bun) and it was done properly, but the last 5 times here I got a big mac on a plate with NO bun at all, talk about a mess. These people including managers don't seem to know what a big mac bun is when others in the past knew exactly what it is, I need to watch carbs due to diabetes and I order without the middle bun. The last time, this week, I again got it on a plate and went to the counter and the woman who answered me was so very rude and loud and told me in front of customers and employees that I should have mentioned that ahead of time, but all you can do on the app is say no big mac bun and my son said the same thing to her, at first she handed it back to me in a very rude manner as if the mistake was mine, not hers, and I refused it and she glared at me and again said I should have mentioned it before and I again said I did. She had to be a lead/manager and her behavior to a customer was despicable. I the once again went and ordered a breakfast platter and for the 6th time there was no jam in the order, and the sausage was cold (I live 3 minutes away) and again the hash browns were over cooked and stuck to the wrapper and tore the product apart. These are not hard to make, and expensive, in fact there is a family restraunt across the street where for a full breakfast is only $3 more for a fresh meal with great service. This specific McDonalds has been awful for 6 months and I will from now on got to another 6 minutes away. I am never impressed with this location. Every time I've ordered a McFlurry, I don't know why but it comes out like shards of ice instead of ice cream. I think their temperature on their machine is off, because it just tastes like frozen water mixed with McFlurry toppings. Also, they refused my mother and I a free sandwich during their promotion for healthcare workers during COVID. My mother and I aren't nurses or doctors, but we do work in the medical field and put our lives at risk to work right now, but that apparently isn't enough to be appreciated. Just went to drive up ordered 2 coffees and had to listen to an employee screaming at the manager that he did not have enough staff on hand. Manager was telling the woman to stop arguing with him that one staff member should be in front one in back and if she wanted to go home she should go home if she couldn't stop screaming. If I could give a zero star review, I would. I honestly cannot recall one positive experience here. I've been disrespected, ignored, and inconvenienced by the employees at this location and I will never go here again. I only went here a handful of times and it was simply because it was the closest to my destination. NEVER AGAIN, I will now go as far out of my way as necessary if I want a McDonalds hash brown. This location takes the "fast" out of fast food and the "happy" out of happy meal and instead delivers a slow and miserable experience. It's McDonalds so the bar is already set low, but this one has its bar lying on the ground and based on the real reviews (there's no way anyone had a good experience here) over the last year the owner has no desire to raise the bar and provide customers with the food and service that Richard and Maurice McDonald believed in. read more

I don't normally leave reviews (at McDonald's of all places) but I have never experienced what I did tonight. This location is open until midnight. I drove into the drive thru at 10:15 and sat there for about 5 minutes and heard nothing. So I drove around to the windows and saw no one. Then I drove around to the other side of the building and saw a bunch of people talking in the parking lot. I asked if they were open and someone said yes and I told them what had happened and someone said "I'll go talk to them." I drove back thru, ordered honey bbq tenders, and they were out. For a McDonald's they are good. Never have a problem and if I do they correct it quickly. Highly recommend this McDonald's location. This location has the limited all day breakfast menu and also the late night menu and is open all day and night. read more

This is the dirtiest store I've ever been in. The food is old. There was mold on the self serve drink machine.

Good Lord this place is absolutely garbage. I know it is fast food and I'm not expecting gourmet food but at least it should be edible. First off, most of the staff is extremely rude. The girl who gave me my food never acknowledged me and did not say a single word. The cashier who took my money gave me an extra penny so he could give me a dime in change instead of a nickel and four pennies and he made a point of saying he gave me the extra penny. Big deal. The food sucked. I tried to give my dog one of the french fries and my dog wouldn't eat it. The fries must have been soaked in salt and were old and cold. The McChicken's I believe we're hockey pucks from a Milwaukee admirals game. Due to lifes busy events, a lot of times we have to run through a quick drive-through and every time we go through here, this place sucks. There isn't a worker at this McDonald's that deserves $15 an hour let alone five dollars an hour. My next call is to corporate. This place totally sucks. If I could give it a -5 I would. Spend the extra money and go to Culver's or Chick-fil-A. Do not go to this place unless you want subpar service and subpar food. This McDonald's is the worst one I've gone too yet. I ordered then waited 20 minutes for my food. Never got it. Went to get a refund and waited another 10 minutes for someone to help me. They looked at me multiple times and never came over. A lady finally came over and gave me my refund all while saying she never got the order and kept saying she probably gave it out to someone else. Terrible service. Come on & the order taker is joking with another employee and we just stand & wait for a few minutes before he stops the joking & decides to take our order. Out of pie... So we ordered with 10-12 min wait time. During that time, they did not give us our coffee & tea until we asked them for it. Then, they forgot to follow up to get our pie. While they poured my tea, they drained the last drops out of the container & the fellow said he would make some more. I said please do because I would be coming back for a refill. This really is a terrible location. Their hours are never accurate. You just don't know if they are going to be open or not if it is after 10:00pm. And good Lord, they can never get an order correct. I have had so many orders there messed up, and it doesn't seem to matter if you go inside or through the drive thru. Order accuracy is not something that they apparently train on, or care about. You really are better going to a different McDonald's, or make sure you are in a position to verify your order before you leave, because there is a good chance that it is not correct. read more

I went through the drive thru around 9:30 am. There were 2 lines of cars placing orders. I sat in line for 4 mins. Then it was my turn to order. I ordered 2 shakes and 1 cheese sausage mcmuffin. Then I moved forward about 3 feet and stayed there for 10 min. I heard people blowing their horns and people that ordered and didnt pay yet were pulling out of line. I waited and another 5 mins pass and I moved forward to pay. After paying I waited 3 mins more there was 1 car in front of me it looked like his order was all messed up because bags and drinks were going back and forth thru the window. Then I approach the window to get my order and the guy that was working told me he needs to refund my money for the shakes because they forgot to turn the machine on. So then I waited for the sandwich another 2 mins and he went in the drawer again and told me he was refunding me for the sandwich and it would be about 5 mins before it was done. Well after waitin 22 min in a drive thru and never receiving anything but a refund I left with nothing. What a waist of time...Never going to that McDonald's again. read more

This is hands down the worst McDonald's I've ever been to and unfortunately it's the only one I can go to for a quick meal, so I've been here alot. The staff is the rudest staff of any fast food place I've been to. It's not just the new faces, the employees that have been there for a long time are so rude. When you pull up you are greated by "what do you want" on the drive through speaker. Rarely if ever do they say have a good night or thank you after you take your food. They screw up simple orders 50% of the time, the food is rarely fresh.. Nothings worse than hard burger buns or cold soggy frys. But worse than cold food and rude employees is the wait times.. I've ever and I mean never have waited so long for fast food. It's not rare to wait 25min in the drive through and we are talking off peak hours like 7-11pm for a single meal. I try my best to be nice and always smile to cheer them up, but it never works. There used to be a few nice employees, but havnt seen them for months. I've never left a 1 star review before, but this place has earned it.. And trust me I don't expect much from a McDonald's in the first place. After long waits I've driven off more than once. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the fast food places across the street. read more
